What happens: the button takes me correctly to PayPal, but when attempting to pay, via PayPal or anything else, it results in an error message:

Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

As evident from the code before, we are not passing a currency, only a number. What’s wrong?

Hello, I did not uninstall the free version of “Easy PayPal Shopping Cart” before trying to activate the Pro version. I got the “fatal error” screen and then I read the instructions… Shame on me but… How do I get it fixed? I can’t deactivate the previous version nor install the new one.

I installed the shopping cart and all worked fine until recently. When visitors use the ‘add to cart’ option, Paypal now throws an error: “Page not found”.

The plugin seems to link/try to open the link https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr but ends up at https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/page-not-found

I added this plugin and all worked correctly. Then I experimented by adding the shopping cart shortcode to my page. I removed it, but now the only button I have available says ‘Add to cart’ instead of ‘PayPal’. I want to go back to the PayPal label.

I have tried uninstalling the plugin, but it remembers all my details when I re-install it.

I have changed the PayPal email address to our new one, and the buttons no longer work, they go to paypal but no cart and error message, do I need to recreate the buttons? I have changed them back and are working fine.

My paypal shopping cart will not allow customers to add more than one item. When they hit ‘continue shopping” after adding one item to cart, and then return to my page to select another item, that second item is NOT appearing in the cart. The only thing that appears is the previously selected item. PLEASE HELP

I am using your plugin for the first time but when I click on the PayPal Now button, a wondow pops up as per the instructions, but instead of being able to enter values such as price and other information, the window is just coming up blank.

I have inserted the proper PayPal email address in the settings and saved that information along with my choice for button style.

What am I doing wrong and why does my window not give me entry boxes for the needed information like the instructions say it will? I have attached the page I want to insert buttons on but of course there are no buttons there yet because Im just getting a blank popup window when I choose the PayPal now button.

I am developing a site where users can purchase an autographed photo, but I need a way to have the user indicate what name the photo should be signed to. Is there a way I can do that, preferably on the View Cart page so that it is taken care of before the user checks out?

I created my button and when I view the page, there is no item name or price. It’s just a plain Add to Cart button. When I click on it, I get the error, “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.”

I checked the price I entered in the button settings and it’s just a number with no $. This is the information in the sortcode: [wpepsc name=”Custom EFT Script” price=”15″ align=”center”]

1. I’m creating an ‘add to cart’ button using a variable with a value from a database file. The name value in the shortcode stops at the end of the first word in my description. How to use the whole description?

2. I can’t get the text on the page for the item and the button on the same line. Is there a default <br> before and after the button?
3. How do I know if the user has closed the PayPal browser window without finishing the payment?

Is there a way to add shipping costs to purchases? I usually do free shipping but I need to add an option for orders outside the continental U.S.

When I copy/paste the shopping cart link [wpepsc_cart] the button dimensions are stretched out and take up the entirety of the page. No matter I click the small button or big button options in the plugin settings the results are exactly the same. Anyone know how can I fix the dimensions? Thanks for the help!

I tried simply adding additional selections nameoptionk and nameoptionl but they do not show up on the actual saved page. Only selections a-j are in the dropdown. Why is this a limit, and can it be edited?

we have been using this plugin for our non profit for a few years and has worked fine.

this year, we have 2 issues:
1. return URL does not work. even if i configure it, it seems to be going to
paypal.webojects.com/apps/cryseattle.org/dandia instead of just going to cryseattle.org/dandia. this gives a 404 and is frustrating for the consumers.

2. Paypal gets the payment and sends us the receupt, but not all customers are getting the receipts

i think #1 is your thing that you can look to fix.

I am not receiving e-mail messages from PayPal confirming the sale when I use these buttons. PayPal says it’s because the correct IPN URL is not specified.

Further, PayPal said, “If you an give me the name of your plugin, I can see if I can find information on the correct IPN URL,” so I’m contacting you to see if you can shed any light on this.

After downloading the Paid Version of this plugin there was no change. Although it added what seemed to be additional functions such as coupon codes and taxes for the Paypal Plugin. These paid options could not and did not work. What was shown in screenshots from the plugin seller was way different than what is actually in the plugin itself.
I have tried repeatedly to contact the seller. He will not respond. IO have asked for a refund and he will not respond. The plugin does not function as described..

I am using Beaver Builder to build my wordpress website. I have downloaded PayPal Shopping Cart And PayPal Donation but they are not showing up in my text editor box. Are they compatible with Beaver Builder. I’d also like to use PayPal subscriptions & Memberships if I can get them all to work with Beaver Builder.

How can I obtain the Company Name from the buyer? (extra field)?… or collect it from Paypal (I am not sure Paypal requests it).

Then, how do I insert it in the email notification so we know the company name of the buyer.

I do not code and I do not understand .css. I would so much appreciate it if someone could please guide me to alter the text color on the checkout because my whole theme has black background and, of course, text is hardly visible. I tried changing the color# using the TEXT button that shows code but that did nothing. I am kind of begging….

I had “Easy PayPal Shopping Cart” installed. I’ve updated the wordpress to 4.6.1. Then I’ve updated the “Easy PayPal Shopping Cart” plugin.

Website collapsed all together. Nothing is showing.
In the wordpress admin I don’t even see the “Easy PayPal Shopping Cart”
Now I see “PayPal Shopping Cart”

What is going on???
