I put the URL and saved, but the URL remains incomplete, not pointing to the correct page.
I also change some features such as: open in the same window, do not sample the title or description, description character limit and image height ….. but also not working.
Related to URL, I figured the problem was the number of characters, so I entered the code in the init.php file and increased the VARCHAR url number, but it also did not change anything.

]]>Slider arrows stopped working as of today from what I noticed..they just take you to the top of the page, also the sizing switched to full size for all my logos so I wrote in css width and height, but the images are looking stretched on some pages, lastly but most importantly..the carousel has stopped.

In Internext explorer… My logo slider is showing up flush left and stacked. It is also showing bullets and a number list under it. This is the site ( ombllc.com). You can find it at the bottom of the home page. I have tried deleting and re-installing the plugin.

]]>Just uploaded the Easy Logo Plug in and very happy with the outcome on our site, however we cannot get the URL to link for each logo.
It automatically links to our web address, followed by the companies.

When I click on a Slider Name to get the slider edit page, and then change the image size to say 44px followed by pressing ‘Save Changes’, the screen is refreshed with the Image size box now blank.
Could it be permissions?

]]>Hello – I was hoping someone could help me. I’m trying to get the slider to just continuously slide though the logos, like a carousel, without it pausing and then sliding onto the next slide.

Their aren’t many advanced settings for the slider so I’m assuming there might be some .js I can add or change. Would someone be able to point me in the right direction please?

]]>Good Morning – Great plug in. I have had a lot of success using it on one of my client sites. However this morning I received a call from them notifying me that the logos are no longer being displayed. I am not sure what might have changed as the logos are nowhere to be found.

As you can see, the images are pulling from /wp-content/uploads/easy_logo_slider/ but there is no folder in this location. I even downloaded backups dating back to 08/14 and do not see this folder (unless it is hidden?)
I am not sure how long this page has been cycling broken image links as logos, but would something have changed at some point regarding where the logos are stored? Thank you.

Hello,
The current version of plugin generates invalid HTML code. It is because the “init.php” script is importing stylesheet files using the “wp_print_scripts” action.
This action should not be used in the most recent WordPress versions. It as well adds stylesheets at the footer of <body>, which provokes the HTML5 validity errors.
The both wp_print_scripts calls in that file should be replaced by “wp_enqueue_scripts“. This puts stylesheet import into the <head> and solves the HTML5 validity issues.
I hope developers will consider my comment in the future releases of this plugin.
