Hi am looking to add a customize keyboard command

I want to use this link ‘https://dodgyshit.com/?random&random_post_type=post’
and the keyboard shortcut as ‘alt’

When i use this plugin from index.php all the permalinks will be “www.domain.com/page/1” “www.domain.com/page/2” etc and not the actual post permalink. is it possible to change this so that instead of getting the permalink page1 / page2 to get the normal permalinks?

note this only happens when using this plugin from the blogs main page.
