Something as simple as an FAQ plugin that is basically non functional in it’s free version. You might as well just create a WP page with your FAQ written on it rather than bother with this rubbish. They offer you a $12 discount and then the single licence is only $47… Don’t waste your time installing it

I love these guys. Before purchasing I asked a couple of questions. Answers came back very quickly and helpful. I then purchased the Easy FAQs Pro version. Set it up, had a few basic questions, couldn’t figure out one detail, then another detail. They quickly responded with, “Yikes, we don’t support that detail. We’ll fix it by tomorrow.” The next day they sent an update with both my issues resolved. In the mean time they are apologizing for the inconvenience, thanking me for purchasing, and offering to help in any way they can. I then had a style code issue from copying the code directly off their website. They patiently explained the issue and offered to go into my site and correct it if I couldn’t figure it out. But I knew exactly what the issue was once they mentioned it and it took one minute to fix. These guys (Richard and George) are committed to serving their customers and taking care of their plugins. I think they are both great! And the Easy FAQ Pro seems to be working exactly as expected. Bravo!!

Looking for a quick, simple faq plugin to handle a dozen or so items for a client website.

* There is no ability (that I could find) to sort the order of displayed faqs, and many sites use a “drill-down order of progressively more detailed info” so I need this

* Trying to force a sort order by manually adding N single faq shortcodes: adding one shortcode displayed everyone of the saved faqs.

After using a few different FAQ plugins, I decided this was the simplest way to manage my FAQs. Simple interface, no confusing options, and the author is helpful!
