This plugin is (was) great. I see that www.remarpro.com withdrew it over a year ago for a “guideline violation”. I’d be curious to know:

• Which guideline was deemed to be violated?
• Can the issue be fixed?
• Is there an alternative plugin which is just as simple and beautiful?

What happened to the addon? I see it was closed due to guideline violation…

Every time I try to generate an Access Token by clicking Login on the settings page, I’m redirected to a page that results in “You are not allowed to do that.” I’ve tried removing access in Facebook and re-doing the setup but the request still results in the same error.

Would be nice if I could set the height of the feed, with an optionally scroll bar, or, have an option to display each Facebook post individually. ie. Default to displaying the first post, then click to show Post #2, Post #3, etc.

Does this plugin support Videos in posts? If no, can I exclude the posts with Videos?

I just purchased your plugin, but the installation is really giving me some trouble. Like the previous comment by a fella named Ron J Miller… I uninstalled the free version before I installed the purchased version. I went back and tried to find the free version again so I could install it and hopefully get the plugin working… But, now I cannot even find the free version when I do a search for your plugin ‘Easy Facebook Feed.’

Did you change the name of it or something? Or… Did you pull it off www.remarpro.com?? This is very frustrating! I have paid for two plugins to get the Facebook feed on my client’s site now… And they both seem impossible to set up! I am not a newbie at this either. Can I get some help here ASAP please???

I love your plugin – so many thanks for developing this. However, the likes and comments information in the footer doesn’t seem to be updating (whereas the date of the post does work – ‘2 days ago’ etc.). I’ve cleared the cache etc. to no avail as yet. Any ideas please?

Nice plugin, I have one question though. When I run it through PageSpeed Insights I get an error regarding image compression – the image it has trouble with is the profile image/logo. Is it possible to change the size of it somehow? It seems to be set to 40×40 and the natural size is set to 50×50.

Hi,
This site is not really accessible by the general public as yet but I did have the Facebook feed working correctly previously. I have changed the number of posts from 2 to 1 and I did manually clear the cache, however, thre box itself does not display correctly and it will not show the last post entered.

Was using free version, purchased it now, but what do you need to do to get the paid version active? Any action I need to do? I don’t see a difference in the Plugin page in WordPress…….

It shows a post of 5 days ago but there was a post done yesterday and yet nothing

with the id variable set, I do not get the error. but, I also don’t get any content. i posted a (“public”) comment to generate some results. nuffin’ there.

I’m thinking it’s something in my theme that may be wrecking the works. But, I’m not good enough w/coding to dig into that.

That was the strangest reply to a support question I have ever received. Here I am on the support page for Easy Facebook Feed, landed here by clicking support in my plug-in, asking a support question. You replied saying that I can’t do that… and then you left a link to nothing and shut down further replies to my post. How is this helpful? As you observed, I’m a paying customer and deserve real help.

When a feed with a large picture is displayed in the right widget area of my Main page, the picture goes outside of the right sidebar widget area…meaning the picture is not re-sized from the feed to fit into the sidebar widget area. Anyone else having this issue?

I’ve got the latest version of your plugin and WordPress. Your plugin is awesome, but the last months the feed stopped updating. I’ve tried to turn off the cache plugin, but it didn’t help. Anu solutions to this problem?
