This plugin is (was) great. I see that www.remarpro.com withdrew it over a year ago for a “guideline violation”. I’d be curious to know:
Error validating access token: The user has not authorized application 1332798716823516.
Can you please check it?
What happened to the addon? I see it was closed due to guideline violation…
]]>Every time I try to generate an Access Token by clicking Login on the settings page, I’m redirected to a page that results in “You are not allowed to do that.” I’ve tried removing access in Facebook and re-doing the setup but the request still results in the same error.

]]>Hi there,
I just purchased your plugin, but the installation is really giving me some trouble. Like the previous comment by a fella named Ron J Miller… I uninstalled the free version before I installed the purchased version. I went back and tried to find the free version again so I could install it and hopefully get the plugin working… But, now I cannot even find the free version when I do a search for your plugin ‘Easy Facebook Feed.’
Did you change the name of it or something? Or… Did you pull it off www.remarpro.com?? This is very frustrating! I have paid for two plugins to get the Facebook feed on my client’s site now… And they both seem impossible to set up! I am not a newbie at this either. Can I get some help here ASAP please???

Easy Facebook Feed error:

Hi,
On my site, the FB feed doesn’t work well on mobile. The text keeps disappearing outside the box of the feed item. Here’s a screenshot: https://ibb.co/b40vPc
I’m looking to buy the pro plugin, but I would need to know this can be fixed! Is this something you can help me with, please?
Thanks
Will
Hi,
I love your plugin – so many thanks for developing this. However, the likes and comments information in the footer doesn’t seem to be updating (whereas the date of the post does work – ‘2 days ago’ etc.). I’ve cleared the cache etc. to no avail as yet. Any ideas please?
Thanks,
Steve
Would it be possible to limit the number of characters shown for each post so that every post would be shown more or less with the same size?
Thank you!
]]>Hi
Nice plugin, I have one question though. When I run it through PageSpeed Insights I get an error regarding image compression – the image it has trouble with is the profile image/logo. Is it possible to change the size of it somehow? It seems to be set to 40×40 and the natural size is set to 50×50.
Thanks,
Karin
Hi Tim,
I’m using your plugin on a website and I’ve been working on a few changes. I thought it would be a good idea to share them.
Do you host this plugin on github or something like that, where I could fork it?
The edits I made / am working on include
– add more video support (Youtube, Facebook videos hosted on a different cdn),
– add date to events
Cheers
Marc.
Hi,
This site is not really accessible by the general public as yet but I did have the Facebook feed working correctly previously. I have changed the number of posts from 2 to 1 and I did manually clear the cache, however, thre box itself does not display correctly and it will not show the last post entered.
Thanks
Was using free version, purchased it now, but what do you need to do to get the paid version active? Any action I need to do? I don’t see a difference in the Plugin page in WordPress…….

]]>Good evening,
I am using your plugin abd it works like a charm but it is not displaying my latest feeds.
It shows a post of 5 days ago but there was a post done yesterday and yet nothing
Any idea of what I might be doing wrong?

Hi there,
When an EFF widget is used, I get these errors in the console:
Uncaught ReferenceError: FB is not defined at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (easy-facebook-likebox/public/assets/js/public.js?ver=4.3.3:9)
Can't Load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.
Thanks!
]]>Hi Tim (or anyone else!)
This error appears on the page if I do not enter an ID reference in the short-code placed on the page:

Warning: implode(): Invalid arguments passed in /home2/stratgf7/public_html/2017/wp-content/plugins/easy-facebook-feed/includes/class.eff.php on line 89
with the id variable set, I do not get the error. but, I also don’t get any content. i posted a (“public”) comment to generate some results. nuffin’ there.
Seen anything like this?
I’m thinking it’s something in my theme that may be wrecking the works. But, I’m not good enough w/coding to dig into that.
Ideas welcome!
]]>Hello,
I installed your plugin on the home page at https://www.oherbal.it/ but it won’t show properly on mobiles. It works perfectly on computers.
Any suggestions?
Than you

]]>Dear Jan Dembowski,
That was the strangest reply to a support question I have ever received. Here I am on the support page for Easy Facebook Feed, landed here by clicking support in my plug-in, asking a support question. You replied saying that I can’t do that… and then you left a link to nothing and shut down further replies to my post. How is this helpful? As you observed, I’m a paying customer and deserve real help.
So again…
I just purchased the pro version of the plug-in and am trying to set it up. I installed it but when I click on Settings, I get this error message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
How do I gain access to the settings as outlined in the installation instructions.
Thank you.
Ron

Should this field “Refresh time” have some value? Is there some default one?
]]>Hello,
First of all, nice plugin. I am using it right now on the website pffi.dk, which is a Danish website for a voluntary association. They wanted everything on the page to be Danish, so I started translating your plugin. I was just curious about if that was something you would like to add in the next update of your plugin?
I have the files right here. And I can send it to you by email.

Hi
New version gives strange errors/email messages like shown on the screens.
Any idea what is this?

]]>Hi,
I’ve got the latest version of your plugin and WordPress. Your plugin is awesome, but the last months the feed stopped updating. I’ve tried to turn off the cache plugin, but it didn’t help. Anu solutions to this problem?
