These are mayor sites that need to work. Please update the plugin or give advice how to work around that.

When I want to open the dashboard under Design – Sidebar Replacements it’s just a white background without any text or options.

I no longer have access to the plugin dashboard.

Will there be an update? Because the plugin seems to be abandoned. The plugin is currently unusable.

We have a plugin on domain slothbet.com but client want to move web on new domain slothbet1.com, but on new domain plugin for replacement sidebar stop working. Sidebar not showing on FE. For example on page I sent. Everything in admin is set right.

firstly, thanks for this amazing tool. It works very well.

I’ve just a issue :
– for category Info, I’m using category-info.php and a sidebar with filters for information (https://mysite/category/info)
– for category albumPhoto, I’m using category-album.php and a sidebar with filters for photos (https://mysite/category/album)

Now, I need to have some filtering by year on these 2 categories:
– https://mysite/2023/?category_name=info (WordPress is using category-info.php because it’s a single category)
– https://mysite/2023/?category_name=album (WordPress is using category-album.php because it’s a single category)

But then I’ve an issue because the plugin doesn’t recognize these pages as page for category info (resp. album). I looked at the plugin interface and I can only assign date archives to a single sidebar.

Any idea how to get the right sidebar for these category archives filtered on year ?

For a website we are using your Easy Custom Sidebars plugin. However the customer has a lot of sidebars. I think near 200 (1 for every country on the site). However, in the overview screen it doesn’t show all sidebars. We have the feeling it stops executing after a certain amount. Is there something we can do? Cause now we can’t edit the last sidebars in the list. It cuts off from about the L.

Quick question: I have podcast specific posts in my blog. Ideally, I would like “podcast” to be a tag, but in order to put them on a custom sidebar so that when people click from podcast post to podcast post that the sidebar stays the same, I’ve had to list the “podcast” as a category.

Is there a way to add “All Posts in a Tag” to the menu list? (i.e. currently there is only “All Posts in a Category.”

This plugin has been great, but I recently went to edit a sidebar and when I updated it, the sidebar has disappeared from the article.

I updated some other sidebars and every single one has disappeared after updating. So I’m not able to update any sidebars now.

Can anyone help with this? I’m on WordPress 5.9.

Time ago I managed to change the sidebar on the category of some coupons plugin.
I tried again yesterday and don’t have the option anymore.
Those are not post categories BUT categories for the coupons.
Any idea how to get it back?

Now I only have the options to modify:
– Posts
– Pages
– Archives..

Downloaded the newest version and seems I can only delete all sidebars when managing sidebars in the Appearance -> Sidebar Replacements section. I can not even delete a sidebar after selecting the sidebar and clicking on the Delete Sidebar button either. It just says, “Unable to delete {sidebar name}. Please try again. at the bottom right-hand side of the screen when trying to delete the sidebar. I can’t find out what could be causing this either. I barely have any plugins installed on the site, just this 1 and Advanced Custom Fields Pro plugin.

If I go to the Manage Sidebars section I can delete all sidebars and that seems to work, but that is not what I want to be able to do. Just wanted to deleted a specific sidebar, but it doesn’t work. I can create sidebars, but just can’t delete them individually.

The new version of WordPress uses Gutenberg to edit widgets. Does this plugin still work with this new widget editor?

Connectivity , Form Factor, Switches are the product attributes that i set properly for my each product.

If i clicked on the sidebar attributes, the filter actually works , but the sidebar didnt update accordingly. Until i refresh it.

Do you know what is the issue ?

Service category and services section not visible in sidebar area after update.

The service products I added earlier remain in the sidebars, but I cannot add a service to a new sidebar because there is no service selection.

Hello, first time using this plugin and just wanted to say, it’s amazing, however, I don’t see any easy way to add custom post types to the Sidebar Replacement section of the Backend. Would love to get sidebar replacements working for a Custom Post Type that I created called, “service”. Are their any hooks in this plugin that allow for this? I believe it might have been working before implementing the rest api, but doesn’t seem to be picking up any custom post types now. Says that it is suppose to support Custom Post types. I registered the Custom Post Type called, “service” in the wordpress ‘init’ hook. Could that be why it’s not picking it up? Maybe a priority on this hook is needed?

I am seeing an issue after updating to the new version where the custom sidebar is not outputting on the Product Archive. There was previously an option for this and I still have in the Sidebar replacement > https://www.dropbox.com/s/t7rxf2swbea8y19/Screen%20Shot%202020-12-07%20at%209.55.26%20AM.png?dl=0

However, it appears that it’s no longer supported or available in the options for selecting? I believe it was in the template hierarchy dropdown before?

I also have the Product Archive set as the home page of the WordPress site. Not sure that is causing an issue? Thanks in advance for your help!

Gday, I have set up the sidebars and it works for two categories but not all of them. all main categories have their own sidebar menus but the default is showing. Is this a bug?

We have had a positive experience using but today I noticed that all the sidebars contain a newline character ‘\n’ at the start. Is there a fix to this or a possible rollback to a previous version.
