All emails to GrandWP are now dead. These plugins break WooCommerce and the refund I asked for 3 weeks ago has been ignored. “Sam” and “admin” and “Dev” have disappeared.

When any of my forms that contain the Property Address field are received through email, all fields say “Array” rather than the actual property address. The address is there when I look under Submissions in the plugin, however.

I am able to see form submissions within the plugin but they are not showing up in my email. I have done an email test and confirmed emails from WP reach my inbox. I tried adding the [formData] code to the message area.

I have recently installed the plugin on my wordpress site.
I am not able to receive/send email after form submit.
I checked the DB as there was no other errors displayed.
The EmailFormatError field in the database displays “Wrong Email Format”
UploadSizeError field shows “Max Upload Size Exceeded” where as i am not uploading anything. It is just a contact form with Name,email id and message

Is there a way the plugin can pull field information to the email subject?

I have recently installed your plugin, but not ready to purchase the pro version just yet.
With the free version, however, I have a problem that the files attached to the form are not sent with the email. For our company, this feature is the most important, however, I don’t think that switching to the paid version will solve this problem.

If there is anything I can do to solve this problem, please let me know. Otherwise, I think I will stick to another plugin…

When a person submits a form, not all of the categories on the form show up in the data stored under “Submissions.” I have a category on the form that allows the user to select a type of registration, but this data is not visible in the data collected under “Submissions.” How can I correct this?
