For some reason I just noticed that my ssl isn’t green and when I checked all the urls on the page the only ones that aren’t https are the e-mailit share icons. I went into my plugin settings and see the http but not https option. Is that something that is not available with the free version? Seems like I should be able to ensure that https is set as it is very important in google eyes along with security for browsers. Thanks for your time.

On our site, when the gray envelop is select and gmail is chosen, we are directed to compose a gmail, but our signature no longer appears. It knows who the email is from and we are signed into gmail in various tabs, but our signature isn’t there.

I had 2 changes, dont know which causes the issue:

1. Update to newest WordPress
2. Restore entire website (database and files)

No I have now share buttons visible. The code is implementet correctly. I realized in the share options that no service is listet and the customize link is not working.

I de-activatet and re-activated the plugin. …still not working
I de-installed and re-installed the plugin. …still not working

I realized after re-installing the plugin that the options are still the same I had set before (collors etc.) and not the default. Think with de-installing not everything was de-installed. Maybe this is the solution?

How can I perform a full de-installation?
What can I do if the full de-installation is not working?

Thank you for great plugin, I have using this plugin and it working fine until recently we switched from http to https for our website and then the share button disappeared from our website. We try to debug the issue and it seem the plugin trying to access https://www.e-mailit.com/widget/menu3x/js/button.js which doesn’t working fine but working fine using http.
We download this filehttps:// https://www.e-mailit.com/widget/menu3x/js/button.js and copy to locally and adjust the plugin code and the share button start working. Unfortunately it seem the share counter has been reset to zero probably due to change from http to https. My questions:

1) Does this plugin currently doesn’t offer https?
2) How to rollback share count?

On the first loaded posts on my homepage your plugin works fine, but after the Ajax call (‘load more’ button) the share buttons do not show up.

It has just one bug: the e-mailit plugin disables any facebook social plugin on our site as soon as we enable it. You can see in our site: https://ceid.cl. Please clic on any post to verify it (here for instance: https://ceid.cl/primeros-100-dias-bachelet-fin-ciclo/). The first element on our sidebar is the Facebook Page Plugin, but when your plugin is enabled, the facebook plugin doesn’t display. Instead, a text with an url is shown.

Any solution to this bug will be great, because we don’t want to change to other social buttons plugin.

Yes, my buttons do not take the color submitted in the settings page but the color of the background of the page itself. My color in settings was #522FNAN and the screenshot will show that the color is the same as background.

When I used the buttons in excerpts the buttons were white text on a variation of white button.

Buttons no longer show on frontpage/home at all although it is set in settings to do so.

When using the Get The Code option the code no longer works with my theme, Lush in the place in which it should be submitted. They do mot appear at all.

If I put the settings to have placement at both top and bottom of content, they do not appear at all.

The only way they seem to work it to have the plug in activated AND insert the code at the same time. If you put the code without activating the plugin they don’t appear.
