I was debugging another plugin and when I set debug to true in wp-config.php, I saw this error come up:

Notice: Use of undefined constant year – assumed ‘year’ in /home/********/demilitaphotography.com/wp-content/plugins/dynamic-copyright-year-and-shortcode/dynamic-copyright-year-shortcode.php on line 79

There aren’t any other obvious symptoms, so maybe it is not a big deal, but maybe it means something to you.

As you can see in the footer of my page, the shortcode seems to be inserting some sort of Page Break before and after itself. I have found this in all three versions.

I am using the twentysixteen theme and when I put the shortcode in a widget I get this error:

The Dynamic Copyright Year Shortcode is not working in my footer
it works in a post, but obviously i want to use it for my footer copyright as the name of the plug in suggests!
I am using Flaton Pro from Webulous Themes.
Appearance>cusotmize>footer>html text box
using shortcode
[current_year]
I have also tried using the jonradio-current-year-and-copyright-shortcodes with [y] and this also only works in a post not in the footer.
