Hi, is there an option to displays the current WordPress Posts and Categories? The reason I need this is because I already have a plugin that allows users to add posts on the frontend through BuddyPress. If not, do you know a plugin that can do that?
]]>Hello!
For some reason, the KB article title is not being picked up on an individual article. It works fine on the KB homepage. Thanks!
Trying to link the WordPress.com google doc support so I can create articles within Google docs then import them directly into DW knowledge base as an article. The Google wordpress plugin returns an “Error Unknown post” when I try to save the doc.
Anyone know what the issue could be? maybe this plugin doesn’t support this integration.
]]>I’m seeing search results from woo commerce and other plugins when I simply put a “1” or similar character in the search box. Its even pulling up deleted custom post types from other plugins.
]]>When I click on View all or on the category link I get blank pages. I saved my permalink and it still does not work. Individual articles work fine.
]]>After installing your plugin noticed that the contents will be displayed incorrectly. How can I fix it? Thank you!

Hello,
Each article is displayed with a sidebar.
Which php file should I change in order to remove it?
Thanks,

]]>I have an issue where the search functionality of DWKB is hindered by DWQA Pro. Basically, if I am searching for something in my knowledge base, it brings me search results from DWQA. DWQA seems to be unaffected by DWKB search queries.
Ideas?
Thanks
]]>When searching for an article using the search bar in DWKB, if I search a word in a title, or a phrase from an article, I get no search results.
Search Results for: Pharmacy
There is no post to display.
Is there a configuration I have to enable?
]]>Keeping information neatly stored is crucial. I was wondering if the ability to view content by sub-category would be possible. For example, instead of showing articles directly under a category, sub-categories would be listed instead, unless no sub-categories were present.
]]>Subject to a traditional WordPress post where you can edit the “Author” in Quick Edit, it would be nice to have a similar functionality under DWKB as well.
I am currently publishing all articles on behalf of my colleagues; however, it would be nice that their username displayed as the author opposed to mine.
Thanks
]]>Hello sir!
I am lecturer in Finland and I am testing DW Knowledgebase 1.0.2.
I am publishing manuals to my student in https://salakari.net/?page_id=1528
I noticed that articles appears to page so that last published is top of the list.
I would like articles to show in page like alphabetically.
I created category as book or manual name. Under “header” I will publish lot of parts and it is necessary to read parts in particular order.
Is it possible to change alphabetically order in category?
]]>I am a bit of newbie but was wondering how can you change the number of articles. First off, wanted to know if we can change the number of articles from 5 to 3 or 7 (for example) on the main Knowledge base page? Also, can you change the number of articles show on a category page to let say 20 or 25 instead of showing only 5 and then the next button? Overall is there a way to change number of articles on main, and category pages?
]]>Hi ,its a great plugin ,i love it to use…
I created new article with msg body and assign it to one category..but when i go to this article page.. i am getting an 404 page error ..why
pls help me out
]]>I have over 250 PDFs, and I want to upload them and put them in the DW Knowledge base under a category. Is there a fast way (other than uploading them one by one and put them as an article) to upload all 250 pdfs and them put each of them as articles into the DW Knowledge Base??
]]>After setting a page to be used as the knowledgebase, site breaks:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cmb2_dir() (previously declared in /home/whowpcom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/dw-knowledge-base/inc/cmb2/includes/helper-functions.php:18) in /home/whowpcom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/Ebor-Framework-master/metaboxes/includes/helper-functions.php on line 20
]]>What PHP file can I edit the search box placeholder text?
Thanks
]]>Hi,
Thanks for the plugin, it’s working great so far, however we need a bit more customisation in the urls.
When in a category view, current url shows as
.....com/knowledgebase-category/general-support/
Is there a way to remove the word category, so it shows as .....com/knowledgebase/general-support/
Also when inside an article under a category the url shows as
.....com/dwkb/browser-support/
Is it/would it be possible to follow the previous url logic,
......com/knowledgebase/general-support/browser-support
Thanks!
]]>Hello,
I like this plugin, and would like to use it further. However, I’m encountering two issues
1. The page that I want to select for index (from dropdown in the Settings) is not shown. What am I missing, or how do I make it so a particular page shows in the index dropdown select page from Settings.
2. I have an jquery conflict (I think). The error shows as “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined”.
/wp-content/plugins/dw-knowledge-base/assets/js/script.js
script.js:16
Please let me know what to do or how to fix asap. Many thanks for your plugin, I think it will be very useful, but can’t take it live yet due to these issues.
]]>Hi,
Is there a way to rewrite the default slug for the post type?
My articles permalinks are currently ‘/dwkb/article-name’, and it just doesn’t look right.
Thanks!
]]>Hi,
Is it possible to sort the articles alphabetically once a category has been selected?
eg.
on the main knowledge base page [dwkb]
1
-b
-a
-c
then clicking on 1 will present
-a
-b
-c
Hi there;
I’m trying to use a custom template on /mytheme/dw-knowledge-base but DWKB don’t load it. If i change template on /plugins/dw-knowledge-base it works fine but of course this is a bad idea since it will get overwrite on next update.
Could you please add support for custom template?
Thanks in advance.
]]>Hi there;
I’m using DWKB and every page looks nice with my theme, except for the “Category Archive” page that doesn’t get themed anyway.
Do you have any idea on how to correct this?
Thanks in advance
]]>Hi,
is there a way to prevent seeing content when a user is logged of and the URL of the knowledge base article is known?
Fore example https://localhost:8080/wordpress/dwkb/test-3/
I’m using the plugin “member access” to handle hinding of some pages.
But I can get the result of any knowledge base article when I know the URL.
Please give me feedback.
Thanks Tom
