I want order my questions…Please help me

After updating to WordPress 4.5 the blog view is displayed instead of the accordion view from the [duo_faq] shortcode. I tried to save the permalinks again and that didn’t fix it.

Hi, i ‘m looking for a faq plugin that allow people not only see a faq question but insert a form for a new question (directly managed with this plugin), instead of use a general form via email and than I create a new FAQ manually.

I’m using duoFAQ plugin. Great, works fine.
However I see multiple additions to my debug.log file like those:

What do they mean, what do I have to do to get rid of them?
I can’t imagine this is normal behavior.

No idea if it’s a compatibility issue with the latest WP version but this just doesn’t work for me:

I only see a grey box with a title (“Frequently Asked Questions”) that I seem to be unable to remove. Changing the theme doesn’t do a thing and not a single FAQ is visible.

When I use this FAQ plugin, the list code is off. The exact code works on pages and posts with no issues, but when pasted into the duofaq page, the first bullet point is a little more left justified and the font for all list items is larger.

I used this code:

Hi, thank you for a great plugin.
Two little question however.
1. I use [duo_faq category=315 title " "]

The tiltle <h2> Frequently asked questions on <category name></h2> still shows. What am I doing wrong? According to its markup it does not injects the id for h2 (id="faq-top") so I could not hide it by css as well. Please advice.

2. Can the plugin be used by WPML? I crated a workaround but I don’t know if this is your advice also.
I made the FAQs translatable and gave them per language a category. English, Nederlands and so on. Then I use on the English page the category=”CATEGORY_ID” -> English and on the Dutch page the category for the dutch language. Is this advisable or is it better to choose a different approach.

Sadly, I just updated the plugin.
When I reactivated it, poof, the website was gone.

It reappeared shortly and a “fatal error” message appeared.

I contacted Synthesis support, and heir reply was:

Normally, I would delete the plugin. But, your plugin is really special. I would love to continue to use it. But, I don’t want to keep crashing my site.

Is there any way that I can start with all of the FAQ accordions “closed”? Some of our answers are quite lengthy and I have several categories showing on the same page.

Hi,

I downloaded the updated v1.1 and there were no installation issues, but my FAQ page doesn’t show up as an accordion – it’s just a list of questions and answers.

I changed the theme in the duoFAQ settings, but this did not change anything.

Interestingly, I had an accordion set up through Unyson that ended up changing color because I changed the duoFAQ settings.

Is duoFAQ supposed to show an accordion?
