I am able to actual talk to someone at Diverse for sales or support. Support are real people that I can call and get great support. Diverse Solutions WordPress Plugin is very easy to use and pricing is on par with other IDX’s.
My developer had an easy time using the tools and got my website up really fast. Diverse Solutions partners with AgentFire who does a great job using this plugin.

First, I am not a WordPress developer which I think is important to know since I am not reviewing how usable Diverse Solutions IDX property search is to install and maintain on a WordPress site.
This review is for realtors who are looking for IDX home search solution for their websites. I only chose Diverse Solutions as my MLS provider did not support some of the other highly reviewed WordPress IDX plugin solutions.
If you are looking for IDX software that is modern, beautiful, and well supported in terms of being evolved by the development team, I personally would look elsewhere, which is what I’m doing as I never wanted to promote my blog or website due to the sub-par UX of Diverse Solutions.
Note they have a 30 day cancellation policy.
Diverse Solutions IDX has several major flaws:
As of 2023 the price went up $15 / month. Yet there is no evidence why and especially when enhancements are concerned.

Highly recommend this plugin! Today our team connected with MR. Dolan, he did an over the top job explaining this product to all of us and how it will help with a new Real Estate brokerage we are working with. We have built many sites for small to medium sized businesses but never for a real estate agency. He spent much time answering our many questions. As a professional website designer and marketing specialist I highly recommend this product if your working on a specific project that requires an MLS/IDX solution. The Diverse Solutions IDX product will automatically adopt the them being used and also gave my team access to the CSS for additional modifications. The SEO benefits of the plugin have already complimented the organic marketing our team has been doing on the site. Once added to our site, the end result was great, and more importantly our client was extremely satisfied. We worked with Sean Dolan during the discovery portion of our project, he was extremely knowledgeable and diligent about getting back to various members of our team quickly. Diverse Solutions is literally the industry leader in MLS and IDX.
They are amazing in all aspects.
In terms of marketing, they have lots of demos and send you samples to show how exactly your website will look if you use their plug-in.
In terms of pricing, they are very reasonable. Not expensive at all. Best for both developers and website owners.
In terms of functionalities, there is absolutely nothing that they have missed. It looks great on PC and phone.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY;
THEY ARE AMAZING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
You always talk to someone who knows answers. You have a phone number to call. And support guys are extremely skillful and helpful.
I can’t be happier with the product. I’m so happy that I found dsIDXpress, Diverse Solutions.

I have this plugin installed on all my real estate client websites and find it perfect for all that my clients need. It has great features and is customizable for additional uses.
The customer support staff is awesome too!! They always answer with a real person when I call and have always shown the skills and knowledge of their software. They have really been a great resource!

Not sure why all the bad online reviews for this plugin. My team recently took on a rather large real estate project and we typically program everything in Drupal, however we couldn’t find an adequate solution for this project under that platform so we headed over to WordPress. After finding multiple themes that would work we then needed to address adding the mls content onto the website and reached out to Diverse Solutions for a free trial. Soon after we connected with an individual named Sean Dolan (he still remains our primary contact with the company) Sean’s ability to clearly explain the mls approval process and no pressure sales approach was a great first impression for the whole team. Once our client agreed to move forward our experience with customer service has been great and now our client is extremely satisfied with the results. If you’re looking to add mls content to a real estate website this plugin is the way to go hands down!

nobody answers the forum threads anymore , multiple complaints about the plugin not delivering the listing as per the MLS IDX requirements 30% of listings give server internal errors and won’t show and nobody seems to care anymore, the plugin relies on Diverse Solutions server hosted listings, it seems the owner is not maintaining the plugin anymore, but keeps collecting high fees from Realtors for such extremely poor performance

No SSL Compatibility…

Broke with no warning and is not being compatible with SSL. I have used probably hundreds of plugins over the years and never had an experience this bad. I have never before left a bad review, because I believe people are generally doing the best job they can, but I would hate to see someone else waste their time.

They took the live feed down for maintenance claiming that it would last about 12 hours. It has now been 3 days and nothing works. This is the second time this happened. They are totally unresponsive when they have this kind of problem. Will be looking for something better and more reliable

IDX pages generated by this plugin produces literally thousands of errors when running SEO audits with SEranking.com and other services such as Semrush.com. Helps to slow down the speed of our websites. Many IDX pictures are not optimized. We have been struggling to make our sites better for over a year but we are learning this plugin is not friendly at all. Besides, it is not SSL friendly and we have been told for over a year they are working on it. They keep saying they must complete the spin off from Zillow to work on this important issue for several months now. We do not recommend.

I like how this plugin integrates with our theme, and the fact that the data is displayed as part of the site instead of in a frame. We found it necessary to upgrade to the Pro version in order to get the functionality we needed.
My main complaints about the plugin are based on the continued lack of SSL and PHP 7 support. With the warnings about insecure connections that current versions of browsers display, what customer is going to sign up for an account using the tools this plugin includes?
Still, this plugin was the best of the alternatives when we developed our site a few years ago.
5/25/2018 – Just wanted to modify my review to reflect that the plugin does now support SSL, and supports PHP up to 7.1.
