I like this plugin a lot, but when we add a lot of redirects. it become very long list. it would be nice if we can make use of a searchbox in the dropdown menu. how can I make this happen ? can I use a snippet or some code to achive this ?

I have installed the plugin and unfortunately it doesn’t really work. I need 37 dropdowns. Behind a number should be linked to an image or a pdf. Apparently there is also a problem with the latest WordPress version. The application returns errors or an o.k. and yet the changes have not been made. The plugin is as simple as it is ingenious. Please improve it. Thank you very much.

The plugin works great, however I need to use different dropdown menus throughout my site. Is there a current function for this? If not, a request might be to save each dropdown menu as a different name?

I’m using your plugin, it’s great, it’s exactly what I was looking for.
But I have a problem that needs your assistance. I’m not good at coding, I can only use shortcodes to add to posts.
I am a freelance translator, I am translating many stories with different categories. I want to display posts from the same story or category, what should I do?
I am trying to use it with the shortcode you provided [dms_manual name=”” placeholder=”” target=”” options=””] and it works, but the number of posts in a story or category can be more than 100 posts , if I add options one by one the shortcode is too long.
Is there a way to automatically display posts for individual stories or categories?

When using the shortcode option, when entering a URL with a square bracket in it, the shortcode gets confused and it does not work. Is there a workaround?

Plugin is great and perfect for what I need. My only thing I need to change is the ‘placeholder’ colour. On my pc it is black and perfect. However on my phone it switches to blue. I would like to change the colour of that.

Is that possible? I am using elementor theme if that makes a difference. I saw another post where you said add code to syle.css. I’m quite a novice so not sure how to do that, but wondering if there is some code I can use when editing in elementor?

Hi, The current multisite dropdown is fine. But have one problem. ie, If I select any of the subdirectory ( from Multisite dropdown ) . I’m on a product page . So if I select dropdown that will redirect to home page or main subsite page. But I want to correspond product page if I choose the dropdown from switcher.

after installing/activating the plug-in, I’m unable to save the configurations/options.
Pressing the ‘Save’ button’ shows HTTP status code 403 – forbidden in the browsers network analysis.

I’ve just installed your dropdown multisite selector tool. Now I have 2 problems. I would like the links listed in the dropdown list to open on a separate page. I cannot launch the selected option a second time. I have to make another selection first before I can select the previous one again.

The automatic update to version 0.9.0 has broken the dms_manual shortcode. It is swapping the option labels and the URLs they point to. Instead of a label foo pointing to a website https://example.com, it now has a label https://example.com pointing to a website foo.

Click the “Buy Now” button on https://lisafeldmanbarrett.com/books/handbook-of-emotions/ and you’ll see what I mean. The dropdown is full of URLs when it should be full of simple labels like Amazon, Bookshop.org, etc.

I just realized the options in the dropdowns are no longer visible. Via testing I realized you seem to have changed the syntax? I get this error message:

“You have entered wrong array of sites! They should be in format “url|sitename, url1|sitename1, …”

However, it used to be the other way around i.e. sitename|url. Am I right?

But this does not solve my second issue, being that the options are no longer visible. Only the placeholder is visible.

This is a great plug-in and looks exactly like the right tool I’m looking for.

However, just one problem, it only appears to have an option to sort alphabetically, and seems to ignore any numbers.

Is it possible to sort on numeric data please?

I checked this plugin to redirect the multiple pages of my website. Once it redirects to the specific url then that label should be highlighted on top but this plugin resets and display select city option on the redirected page. Is there any option to show the currently selected option?

I need a plugin (I think one like yours but not exactly), It’s for a sports website which has several sport tournaments. Initially 2 selector fields, in the first you have to select the sport you want and depending the sport selected, in the second dropdown selector you’ll able to select certain tournaments (depending the sport you had selected before).
The old website is this: https://nostresportleagues.com/ but this is not the plugin that I want.

Good morning @alordiel, I use your software for several years now. Works great until now I have a problem. One subsite is on top of the list, so not in the right order.
So I see the dropdown menu e.g.:
site name E
site name A
site name B
site name C

The site name E should be beneath the C of course ??

What can be the problem?

Can you please let me know how to incorporate the flag image in the dropdown.

Is it possible to make the whole dropdown transparent?

This solves the problem of a not working drop down in the www.remarpro.com Version of the plugin. Tested in WP 5.4.1 Multisite and working just fine.

There is a pull request on github.

I installed DMS in a brand new site with WP 4.9.2.

After configuring a DMS whenever I place the [DMS] shortcode it doesn’t display the selector. Instead a plain “[DMS]” string.

I have another site with WP 4.9.1 which works perfect.

Can someone please check/comment if DMS is working in WP 4.9.2?
