It works perfectly but I was wondering, if you are planning to update the plugin in the future. It would be nice, if you could provide us with an update because I’d like to keep using it. Otherwise I have to look for an alternative.

Are there any instructions on how to use an element to make the scrollbox trigger?

How do you change the default subject? I currently get emails with this Subject: “Dgd Scrollbox submit on MY WEBSITE” – Is there any way I can specify the subject?

Hi,

If I close the pop-up manually by clicking the close button, the permanent tab is displayed.

If I allow the pop-up to close after the time that has been set (20 sec) the permanent tab does not show.

Any ideas?

On narrow or mobile devices the popup is off center. Is there something code wise or css I can change to center it properly on smaller windows?

Hi, I just started using this plugin and have designed it to my liking and filled in the details so that those who “submit” go through to myself however, when I press “submit” nothing happens and I do not receive an email with details regarding the submission.

If someone could assist I would be very grateful!

We need to show more than one scrollbox (in the same position, setup… at least for now), but not at the SAME time obviously…… it would possible to achieve this?

Something like show one 50% of the time? or at random? or odd / even day basis? or something else…

Solved, something was wrong on the wp cache

I was testing a new box, I have setup one to show up on 40% bottom left… and added one to show it on 30% at bottom right…

But….. it is only showing the last added… is that the way it should work? only one box by page?

Heya,

When using this plugin the admin bar disappears when logged in and viewing the site.

The admin bar reappears when the box is triggered on the site however.

Whatever is hiding the box is also hiding the admin menu bar.

Any ideas?

Thank you for an awesome plugin! For some reason, the box isn’t showing on mobile. I have unchecked the “Hide on mobiles” option, but it’s still not showing. It is showing on iPads, but not on my iPhone.

Any idea what the issue could be? I would really appreciate your help.

I need a click trigger to work each time it’s clicked, and if there’s more than one button on the page with the same element. Currently, it works once and when you click the button again, there’s no popup.

I can’t link because it’s a dev site.

I know you can hide the scrollbox on mobile but I need to hide on desktop, is there a way?

I have a FormCraft form on the pop-up. The FormCraft for is set to give a submission, redirect after submission and send out an autoresponder.

When the form is on a page – everything works as expected but when it is put on a Scroll box – once the ‘Submit’ button is clicked, all that happens is the scroll box closes and the scrollbox ‘Actions after form submission’ take over – is it possible to ‘switch this off’ so the FormCraft form can do it’s thing?

This plugin is great! I have tested a lot and only found this one working and has additional settings too. Anyway, sometimes I am using just buttons (not contact forms) so I was wondering if there’s a class/ID I could add to my button so when it is clicked it would automatically close the popup?

And if I may suggest, maybe you could remove the subscribe feature as its not used and just add the “class/ID” I mentioned above. With that, this plugin would be flexible and you can add anything in it.

I am getting this notice when I’m ‘watching’ a post type archive.

When looking at the code I see the code tries to retrieve a post id, but that’s not available since it’s not a post but a post type archive so it fails in both cases.

I would recommend changing the else on line 78 into
} elseif (isset($post)) {
and create a new else.

Thanks for an excellent plugin. However, I am having issues integrating Jetpack subscription with the plugin. I have added the following shortcode offcourse within []

jetpack_subscription_form title=”” subscribe_text=”” subscribe_button=”Subscribe!” show_subscribers_total=”0″

The popup is coming up well but on clicking Subscribe button, it keeps trying to load and kind of hangs there. Web console not showing any error though. Any suggestions please?

Is there a way to set this so that the scrollbox is triggered after a user visits 3 pages and then scrolls to the trigger point?

I love this plugin, but having it appear before a user has had a chance to check out the site a bit is a little too aggressive for me.

I see there is a way to select a specific page for each scroll box to show up on but what about a specific post?

I included a contact form 7 in the scrollbox and for some reason it miss all the checks of the form, I have captcha and a required field but when they press submit the form is acccepted. The same contact form works fine in other places of the page

I have just configured Scroll box to my liking. It pops up as it should, but, when I fill in the details and press Submit, nothing happens. No message saying..”Thank you bla bla..”. However, I still receive the e mail with success and all the info.
The pop up disappears by itself after the defined time at the back-end.

Any ideas please?

Hello!
I made form and i have added it to this plug-in via add form.
Whole plug in works perfectly but textbox font color is white(default color in the theme) and backgroud is also white and that is a problem.

How can i change it in HTML code that is generated when i added form in the plug-in.

Code is: [gravityform id=”9″ title=”true” description=”true”]

Can i somehow just add some of the code in this above or something else?
Fyi: i’m pretty much noob in all of this ??
