Without a doubt the most powerful search tool available. This indexes products, posts, pages – anything you can think of; the UI is lightning quick and customizable. We have used numerous search solutions over the years, but nothing comes close in comparison to DOOFINDER. The support is absolutley top-tier as well – immediate responses and quick actions for any conflicts that arise ( — but we havne’t had any conflicts since installing!). Customization requests are also completed in little time with outstanding support all around – highly recommend!

This plugin is the last search plugin you will use, your search for search bar ????is done here. Frane from DooFinder had contacted me a while back regards to my search bar plugin requirement, I was not fully sure of it at the time, but after seeing some of the examples of the websites that use DooFinder, I was inclining towards the change. Frane has been amazing during the whole transition and ever after. He checks on all my requirements, makes sure everything our company’s website requires is fulfilled by DooFinder. He even promptly calls after the installation to check on us. He listens to all the things I have to say, sometimes not even useful ones ??, but he has made the whole experience amazing and very smooth. Plugin has lots of custom options, functionality wise and appearance wise both. We currently have over 35000 products and plan to have many more, and I have tried other search plugin before DooFinder, and none of them were able to efficiently manage the search of this amount of products, but DooFinder has exceed my expectations of a search bar. It is super fast, has live search and has amazing options for filters, suggestions and appearance of the search layer. My previous plugin was giving a lots of issue speed wise and on top of that was causing so many server issues and we were very unhappy with it. DooFinder works on their own server, so the speed is never an issue, and now our server has a huge load off of it, so the website speed has improved too since disabling the previous search plugin and switching to DooFinder. The support if ever needed has been very fast and on point in terms of the resolution.

Doofinder es un excelente motor de busqueda, se adaptó muy bien a nuestra pagina. Ayuda mucho el cliente a encontrar el producto que busca o substitutos y nos ayuda a ver cuales son los productos mas buscados para poder adaptar nuestra oferta. While Doofinder has good search. I have to downgrade to versions before version 2 to get it to work. Doofinder can no longer see the WooCommerce product feed since version 2 and nobody replies in support forum.
This review is for version 2 of the plugin, not for Doofinder itself. Since it doesn’t work, it gets a rating of 1 star.

Mi experiencia con DooFinder ha sido 10/10.
Por parte de Sara Diaz (gracias de nuevo Sara), desde el primer contacto, seguimiento de mi cuenta durante la etapa de prueba, hasta la implementación y contratación de la herramienta, todo perfecto. Comunicación fluida, proactiva y muy buena onda.
Por parte de soporte, una respuesta muy muy rápida, ojalá todos los soportes funcionaran así de fluido y con esos tiempos de respuesta.
La herramienta lo mejor que he visto de este tipo, en sólo 1 mes probándola ya he logrado ver resultados tangibles en las ventas.
La plataforma detrás de la herramienta también genera un análisis muy bueno, además de muchas funcionalidades para optimizar aún más la correcta búsqueda de los usuarios.
Sumado a que es un precio absolutamente razonable, recomiendo al 100%.
