What happens if the Domainer plugin is turned off? Will that make the multisite automatically revert to the original, pre-mapped domains?

So, ideally, I’d like to run a folder-based network, resulting in subsites with URLs like example.com/subsite. If subsite gets mapped to subsite.example.com or subsite-example.com with Domainer, and I then turn off Domainer, will subsite revert back to example.com/subsite?

If this is true, my thinking is that I could clone a multisite network into a staging environment, run a db search and replace for //example.com/ -> //staging.example.com/, turn off Domainer, and all the subsites should work…

Hi, https://www.diff-coworking.es/ is a mapped domain, but buddypress links for pages on wp mega menu dropdowns are not redirecting. I don′t know if it is buddypress or wp mega menu that is not allowing rewrites.

Could you give me some instructions on how to get these redirects?
Should I add filters?

I installed plugin, copied SUNRISE to wp-content and added SUNRISE “on” to config. Thats ok.
I add domain and route to desired site in multisite. Nothing happens. My domain shows just it is empty, no files in it, no wordpress at all and does not take my wp files to show site on multisite.
yancce.com/prueba is the test site in multisite that should redirect to primary asesorglobal.net.
I check in cpanel files and I see that this addon domain has its own folder and has nothing in it. Thats all.
What am I doing wrong?

Hello, I see some great reviews about this plugin and hopeful to be able to set it up correctly and make it work.

The main site is https://subtleimpressions.com That one seems to be fine.
The other sites seem to have problems.
https://kegcollarsonline.com
https://beveragelabelsonline.com
https://beveragecarriersonline.com

It appears I have the SSL certificate set up correctly. The next step is to make the sites display.

All of these have either site not found or 404 errors.
It could be that I have not added the sunrise.php file to the content folder. Or, it could be that I have not added the script correctly to the htaccess file.
Or there are several other possible processes I have not done correctly. It seems I am guessing my way through this.
In the end I am confident that this will work great. However, are there any instructions about how to set up the additional sites?

Is there a way to determine if I have made errors so far, and which steps I have not completed? Can the problems be determined by clicking the urls above and viewing the error messages? They all have different error messages.

Hello, This is the first time I am setting up a multi-site network. I am hopeful that I will be able to display products in a WordPress/WooCommerce store to other sites on the network.

I see in the installation instructions to add the sunrise.php file to the content folder. Where do people get the sunrise.php file?

I am at the stage of trying to make the domains map correctly and it appears that this is the best plugin to do this.

The next step for this site is to add the sunrise.php file to the Content folder. I cannot find a sunrise.php file.

In new version, after mapping domain, the domain can work, but the original domain can’t Redirect to domain:
original domain: abc.com/888
Mapping to 888.com
After mapping: abc.com/888 still can see, and it won’t redirect to 888.com, but 888.com also can see.
Please help to fix.

1.0.1 is running will, but there problem with 1.1.1.
After Upgrade, the mapping is error.
I has back to 1.0.1 then everything is OK.
The issue is:
https://abc.com/xyz => https://xyz.com/xyz then 404 error, it should be only https://xyz.com/
Can you fix this bug?

Im using wpmudev domain mapping but not happy with their service generally. I would like to move to your plugin. Please advise on the best steps to migrate with minimal disruption. I currently have 5 sites active and 10 sites deactivated.
