Contacted support via Live chat. I was quickly connected to Helena. She provided excellent pre-sale support by answering all my questions. Mainly about compatibility with my theme and other features of the Dokan plugin. Helena convinced me to download the plugin and I’m waiting for Black Friday in a couple of weeks to pull the trigger.

After one year of use and license expiring went to renew for lifetime.
Issue#1 – inability to go from annual license to lifetime as per their support. (ticket iD: 72889)
I received an email for a 35% discount overnight and opened it in the AM of that same day which email stated that the sale will be for the next 20 hours. Clicked on the link which took me to the site however the discount was gone! I opened a ticket within minutes of this and got now answer because:
Due to the annual retreat, the entire Dokan Team was away from the office, which temporarily delayed our responses. We have now returned and are diligently addressing each inquiry. We appreciate your patience and thanks for getting in touch with Team Dokan
At which time I was told:
Unfortunately, as the sale period has ended, I’m unable to honor the original discount. However, I can offer you a 20% discount on the Dokan Pro subscription plan, which is still a great deal!
Then I made a correction because in the original ticket I said a 50% discount however it was 35%. Had no response and my client needed the license renewed. So i paid the price however although the offered a 25% discount earlier in the dialog now they say they cannot because it is “automated”.

Dokan Sales Response by Clara as a full A to Z clarifty one. I would certainly mark the entire conversation 5/5 i.e. 5* rating. It would be great and perfect if Dokan could have a feature for separate stores, where the buyer can only navigate within that specific store without coming across the others that are listed.
If I offer a client their own personal store, they wouldn’t like it if buyers get distracted by products from other stores. What I want to offer my clients is their own private and personal store, where their customers only browse the products they offer.
The downside of a marketplace is that when a seller offers their products, buyers can end up in a different store with similar products or lower prices, leading that customer to purchase from another store, which the seller won’t appreciate.

am using elementor for site building and when i installed and activate dokan lite its Disabled all my popups and woocommerce Cart Menu i have tried to disable all my other plugins still not worked and btw am not using any cash plugin
