Hi, I am using Dokan Pro, the Minimog theme, WooCommerce, and Stripe Connect, and I’m experiencing issues with payments. What I want is for all the money from customer payments for vendor products to go directly to my main Stripe account after purchase, not to the vendors. Additionally, the shipping costs should also go to me and not appear in the vendors’ dashboards. The primary goal is for vendors to register on our platform, upload their products, and connect their Stripe accounts, but for all payments (including shipping fees) to be received by us. At the end of the month, we will distribute the earnings to the vendors accordingly. We also have our own warehouse. When an order is placed, the vendors should receive an email notification about the order and then ship the product to our warehouse at their own expense (this is working with email template). Once we receive the product, we will handle the shipping to the customer using the shipping fees paid by the client. However, despite configuring everything in Dokan settings , I’m still facing an issue: when a customer pays, the vendors receive the money instantly in their Stripe accounts, including the shipping fees. Do you know what could be causing this issue?

In dokan plugin > settings i checked that shipping tax and other would be Admin

Select suitable withdraw charges for vendors is still showing automated and cant do anything.

I have DOKAN, pro, Elementor, Pro and Woocommerce installed. We use fitwear as theme. All is fine except the vendor single store page. On a test store I have 2 products but there is now price and Buy now visible. Also if I build a new template I can not see the price. A switch to default theme is not possible, because there is a server error. I don′t know why….
So why is on the store the price missing…

When I activate Dokan Lite, the ‘Add to Cart’ button disappears. In the Dokan settings, the option to disable the button is unchecked. However, when I deactivate Dokan, the ‘Add to Cart’ button reappears. How can I resolve this issue?

This summer we started using Dokan-lite for multi vendors and we customised the registration form to collect some extra fields and it all worked well and dandy, we followed this post to customise the form: https://wedevs.com/blog/406959/add-extra-fields-to-wordpress-registration-plugin/.

However, recently, the form went back to its original form, even though the child theme which I created specifically for this is still active and the actual file seller-registration-form.php is still in the globals folder in the child theme. This change happened just recently maybe after an automatic update of Dokan, I don’t really know.

Can you please help me figure it out?

Dokan plugin can Show Vendor name and rating in product page but we need to Show Full Vendor ?nfo in product page.

I’m setting up invoice payments as a payment option on my Dokan marketplace and need to ensure I, as the admin, can reliably secure my commission. It’s not necessarily important for the commission to be deducted right when the payment comes in from the customer – as long as I can make sure my commission is secured and I can receive it, regardless of the customer’s payment status.

Does anyone have a solution or clever idea for how to manage this in Dokan and WooCommerce? Maybe an adjustment to the commission structure, or a plugin that automatically deducts the commission amount for me or charges it as a separate fee?

Hi, i have a question regarding custom hooks.

My client is planning on using the DOKAN plugin for a bidding website (with all addons required). Now there is a specific need and that is that there is a custom fee charged to the vendor(!) PER price category.

So €50-€100 = €15 fee

€100-€150 = €24 fee

Etc Etc

Now this is not a feature of the plugin, so I was wondering if there here plugin hooks avaible so I can code this into the website and what your take on this would be. I am aware of the existing hooks but these did not help.

Hi,

we are using the free plugin to have a good overview of commissions for our artists.
They dont setup product themselves, we are just giving a place printing their images and they get a commission, but i think the commission is calculated wrong.
The thing is, we want to give them 10%.
Because our margin is very different in the image sizes we say we keep 95%, that shall fit good for us.
Lets say i have a product 85€, our margin is 42.50, so 50%.
Of this we want to give the artist 10%, so 4.50€.
Since we cant say “we make 50% margin on every product” because its really different each time, we will just give 5% for all, we have also set the setting to 95%.

now i have an order which is 46.50 net.
5% of this would be 2,33€, what would be around the 10% of the margin.
But the script calculates -0.01€.
can you explain that and maybe also tell me the formula how your script calculates the earning?
Maybe i need a better understanding to setup a correct percentage of the earnings.

How to display vendor bank account details on “Order received” and “Order view” pages when payment method is bacs?

Hello, First of all, thank you for your plugin. On the front-office side, I find it easy to use and well designed. However, I have several questions regarding the back-office, especially regarding some basic features that I have not found in the options or in the documentation.

Publishing products without approval: How can I allow sellers to publish their products without requiring administrator approval from the first product? I would also like this option to be enabled automatically for all sellers, without having to do it individually for each account.

Commission percentage: It seems counterintuitive to me that the commission percentage setting must be done both in Dokan settings and at the level of individual seller accounts. Would it be possible to standardize this process?

Message for non-sellers: Finally, I find it unfortunate that there is no redirection or customizable message for non-seller users trying to access the dashboard. A feature to display a dedicated message to them or redirect them would be a real plus.
