Hi,

On the checkout page, it’s showing the “Order ID is duplicated” error when I am trying to place an order.

I’m using dlocalGO as payment method.

I already deactivated all plugins but it didn’t work.

Integration wiht WooCoomerce

Hi, I have integrated dLocal go in my woocommerce store, but when I process the order in the cart it shows the following message:

“There is no payment method available. This may be our mistake. Please contact us if you need help placing your order.”

Production mode is active and we have also placed the API KEYs (both of them). The WooCommerce is version 6.4.2 and the dLocal Go PlugIn is version 1.06.

PHP 8.0.30 and MySQL 5.7.23-23

I have uninstalled the plugin several times and reinstalled it, I have also fixed the high performance storage compatibility mode but I can’t get the payment method to activate.

Can you provide me with a solution? Thanks

Hola, acabo de instalar el plugin (ya tenia uno que hice con la API que proporcionan ustedes en la web) y debo decir que el plugin oficial que ofrecen pasa automaticamente los pagos de Mercadopago a completado.

Al comienzo pense que era por la opcion que viene tildada por defecto en su plugin que dice “Auto Complete Paid Orders” pero no, eso ya lo desactive y pago que se acredita pago que se pasa a completado.

Aprovecho y aclaro que el plugin que hice con la API no sucede este problema, seria bueno que lo puedan resolver asi puedo aprovechar y utilizar el plugin oficial de ustedes.

espero que me puedan ayudar.
