Hello! I would like to ask how the system calculates the “Current Usage” in the Plan. I subscribe for 1000 per month and within 2 days, it’s already been used up… the website is still in test phase and no transaction has ever been made.

I installed and activate this plugin
currently, i am using the trial version
I set shipping origin, shipping zone, and rate (as given in the plugin user guide)
But on the checkout page, this shipping method is not displayed.
