[display-terms taxonomy => ‘product_cat’ hierarchical => true child_of => true]
I have tired something like this. but no working. nothing displayed…
thanks
]]>I don’t understand the meaning of all the possible parameters, but does one of them limit the number of terms displayed? I would like to use this in a widget to show just the first few (in my specified order).
And is there a more detailed documentation page somewhere? There might be other parameters I would find handy if I knew what they do.
Finally, an FYI: Your plugin description mentions default values of true
and false
, but using false
(or "false"
) doesn’t work – only 0
is interpreted as false. You might want to edit your description to make that clear. It took me about an hour to figure out how to disable show_image.
Thanks for this neat little plugin. I like straightforward tools like this.
]]>Hello,
Should it be possible to add the meta_compare parameter in the shortcode attribute ?
There is no filter for the attributes so I added it directly but no I can’t update the plugin if there is an update.
Thanks by advance

Nicolas
I’ve tried out the plugin today and while I really like the concept and the usability, I’m finding the documentation about the parameter and defaults a bit hard to understand.
Would love to see some available options for each parameter. For example, is it possible to only include top-level terms using “child_of”, “exclude”, “include” or any of the other parameters?
I would guess that many users (myself included) would often like to only show top level terms initially on a page.
