Not working at all. No columns, nothing. Logged in/out, used different browsers, cleared cache, etc. Version 3.4.3

Widget works fine for me, but I wondered if there was a way to restrict the display so that new members awaiting admin-approval (in cases where this is in force) did not show up? Many thanks for the plug-in and for any assistance.
