Is there a way to remove the second avatar next to the top of the comments sections in a post?

I tried to comment out some of your code in your plugin file but that is not working. Don’t know enough code to fix problem.

Looks great on the main page but when I click the comments bubble for a post, on the comments page there is an extra avatar unfortunately.

Doesn’t work well with my wordpress program. Multiple avatars plus some of the actual php code show up on my blog when activated.
