It works fine on 4.0, but desperately needs 2 modifications:

1. Translation: The heading is in Japanese.
2. You need to be able to sort the list by file size, from large to small, and from small to large — but especially large to small. Otherwise there is no easy way to see the oversized files, which is the whole point.
