Can I re-enable it only on certain pages as users need to interact with a drawing package. The site is written in different languages so WPML creates different slugs.

I see that you’ve done the request to disable the Ctrl+Shift+I shortcut for developer tools, but unfortunately one can still select it with mouse through the More tools / Developer tools menu in Chrome.
