This plugin does it’s thing and does it well.

Thanks very much for this plugin. The good news is that it allows two people to view the edit side simultaneously, which I need when I’m coaching a remotely-located client on how to edit in WordPress.

An improvement would be to keep the warning but still allow access. If you don’t mind going into your functions file, there is a one-line filter here that keeps the warning message in the post list.
