This is a great plugin! I worry that it has become abandoned. I hope the dev team can provide an update even if it is just a test with the latest WP version.

Is there a way to have this option enabled for all products I create?. I keep forgetting to enable it for each product I add. How do i do this?

This plugin DOES NOT WORK with the latest version of WooCommerce Subscriptions and completely breaks my site. Test without WooCommerce Subscriptions activated and it works just fine.

Therefor, the latest version of WooCommerce Subscriptions is the culprit and this plugin requires a compatibility change.

Hello. I try to use the plugin on a site with WooCommerce 3.6.4 and WordPress 5.2.1 and if I active the plugin all site is crashed also wp-admin

I try with php 7.3 and 7.1 but is the same…

Also I use WC download suscriptions activated…

I am using Flatsome and when I use the Wide View Product Page it is not showing me the message “you already own this” or the downloads.

I have a variable product with 6 variations.

I have disabled repeat purchase of one product variation only(free trial)

but i get 6 warning messages ??

My issue is similar to the troubles someone else posted several months ago.

Mine also shows the “Error” 3 times in a row. My items are variable with 3 options, so I’m not sure if that’s why it shows 3 times?

Also, on the screenshots, it looks like there is an option to turn the notice a different colored background? Where would that option be?

After using this plugin for a while, we’ve noticed some oddities that we can’t quite figure out. For example, the product listed can be purchased multiple times. We’re not sure why. It’s setup exactly like our other products (as far as we’re aware). Customers can, however, order this product multiple times. There are other products that we’ve stumbled upon that can be purchased twice as well. But with over 5000 products, we’re not sure which ones are working and which ones aren’t. I’m hoping that with this one product, you can discover why it’s allowing customers to purchase it more than once, and that fix will take care of the other issues (I know, I’m hoping for a lot!).

Whenever a customer purchases one of our downloadable items, after returning from paypal, they get the following error:

[Item] has been removed from your cart because it can no longer be purchased. Please contact us for assistance.

As you can imagine, this is rather disconcerting to our customers because they just finished purchasing the item. We limit our products to one purchase per customer because we offer infinite downloads and do not want them to accidentally purchase the item twice.

Is this line from Disable Download…? I’ve tried browsing through the files, but cannot seem to locate it. Any help on how I could change this message to better inform our customers would be greatly appreciated.

If we want all of our products to be purchased only once, do we have to turn them each on? Or do we just turn none of them on? We have over 5000 products, so turning each one on is a little daunting ??

I tried on my store where I hand subscriptions and all my downloadable PDF are no cost then it does not stop the second download.

Does the plugin have an option to have it enabled based on Per Product?

Eg,
Total of 10 Digital Products
– 9 Cannot be Repurchased
– 1 Can be Repurchased

Accessing directly product data is not allowed, e.g. $product->id. Correct method going forward is $product->get_id().

We allow unlimited downloads of purchased downloadable products. The download links do not expire.

I’m only guessing, but maybe the download availability check is failing when the download limit returns “unlimited” or “no limit” instead of an integer.
