Hi all, I am using Contact Forms 7 Digital Signature Add-On. When using the signature tag in a conditional group, the background does not show up unless I select the clear button – and then the gray background appears. If I move the signature out of the conditional group it appears as soon as my page loads. However I need this signature tag to live within my conditional group. Is there a work around to keep the background color to show on page load without hitting the clear button? A user would not know to select the clear button to show the signature area.

I even tried to switch my form background to gray, thinking that the signature pad will display in white, but that didn’t work either. Almost as if the signature pad is completely transparent. In general the signature pad works but from a usability perceptive I need to show the user the pad area where they can sign.

Is it possible to have a clear button on the canvas for the signature if the user has drawn their signature incorrectly and wants to re-draw their signature?

I have installed all the pro and free addons and setup everything in my website. But the issue is related to the instant redirection to the signature nda page that the user needs to be redirected.

Currently it is not working. I have followed all the steps that are been mentioned in the video and the document. But still no luck.

I have also checked the code and tried to track down the issue and originally I found that the redirect cookie is not been set. Can you help me to setup properly.

I need this in urgent.
