Hello!

I noticed a defect that takes place during the operation of your plugin. If you enable the function “Open Fullscreen On Click”, then the first time you press any button on the screen of the digital publication, occurs an instant leap to top of site page. This does not show up on standard themes like Twenty (Fourteen, Seventeen, Nineteen, Twenty etc.), but it does happen on most themes from other developers (in particular, I use Weaver Xtreme). I randomly selected several other topics from the Popular tab, and in more than half of the cases this defect was present. Since this is not an isolated case, it is probably the matter with your plugin.

Can’t create page

Hello,
I load an image from the gallery and it shows the image, i can even change the image name, then I select create page and it never completes – the loading blocks just keep looping, but it never completes. Do the images have to be a certain type – they are png

Can you help me out with this?

I’m still having problems with the sizing. There is a little white line at the bottom of the pages, right above the shadow. I thought the pages were different sizes, but after rechecking they are all 1000 pixels high. I have the area height and publication height set to 1000 and the line is still there. I tried sending an email through the plugin but got an error. Can someone help me fix this please?

Hi there,

With any of the publications on my website I find that during loading etc the pages can be very blurred (fuzzy). This case worsens on bad connection with the pages being blurred and content unreadable.

Is there any way for this to be disabled and only the high-resolution version being viewed. I have been contacted by users of the site who on many occasions can’t read the newspaper as it is blurred.

Hi,

If I increase the zoom level anything above 2, it cuts off areas of the publication and it cannot be seen. I. would like to increase the level so people can zoom in closer, however when they cant see the whole document I cant use the feature.

Why is this happening?

Hello

Firstly I’d like to say this looks good.
I would like to allow specified access to certain members to be allowed to create their own books from the member dashboard.

Note please I am asking for SPECIFIED MEMBERS not all members within (say) 1 plan or level.

I looked in access controls and I also use AAM and this Plug-in does show up there to be able to change rights on it.

Please let me know.

Trying to test this out before buying the full version, so I’m uploading my pages as images and uploading them to make a publication. After uploading all the pages and setting it up, no matter how I’ve changed it, nothing shows up on the page. If I hit preview, it’s just a blank page, and when it’s on a page on the site it shows the bottom controls, but is blank where the publication should be. Why is this happening?

Hello!
My name is Staffan T?rner.
I manage my site staffantorner.se.
It’s not comercial, it’s a hobby, but important for me and my relatives like it very much.

For testing that I have a working backup I have set up a beta site, beta.staffantorner.se .
Everything works fine except my Flip books.
After export and import of the site and the database the settings and the toolbar for my flip books are gone. The “corrupted” Flip books are there.
(Of course I have made nesessary changes in wp-config.php and in the database.)

(I had a similar broblem with Ready!’s plugin. All settings were gone, but tho toolbar was there after export/import.)

Can you give me any hint for a solution of the problem?

Hi, first of all i want to say that your plugin is amazing! But i have an issue and i hope that you can help me.

I already build a publication with jpgs pages from the add from WP gallery option. In the preview it looks fine but when i use te shortcode in a page or post, the publication just does not appear. There is a blank space where the publication should appear and just the control bar appears.

Is there something i am missing? (by the way, i am already working mi site in local server)

1. Q: How to prepare images for Digital Publication?
A: Before adding the images to digital publication – you need to check that the size of all images the same. Then choose the right size for your publication – it should be proportional to the images size.
For example, you prepared images with size 600×400 px, choose this size for high and width of publication or smaller, but always keep the proportions – e.g. it would be 500×333 px.
For Area Width and Height – set the sizes a little more than your publication size. It will make the look of your Digital Publication better.

2. Q: How can I convert pdf?
A: In order to convert your publication in pdf format – go to the page with digital publication on your site and on publication window toolbar click the second icon after zoom icon. After this you will see HTML and PDF icons – choose pdf and save the file. Please check this screenshot – https://screencast.com/t/WDWebO7u3DT2

If you need to add pages to publication from pdf file – go to publication settings -> “Add from PDF” tab. Here you need –
1. Select pdf file and image type to convert.
2. Choose the pages you want to convert.
3. And start conversion.
4. After this you can set recommended publication width and create pages.

3. Q: Why my publication looks so weird?
A: First of all check all dimensions of your publication. First of all check all dimensions of your publication. Area Width (the width of the publication background areathe width of the publication background area), Area Height (the height of the publication background area), Publication Width, Publication Height – all these parameters should be filled. Besides Area Width and Area Height should be bigger than Publication Width and Publication Height respectively. At least on 100 px. It helps looks completely for your publication and don’t cut it.
