I accidentally upgraded wordpress to version 6.7. Unfortunately, the images and graphic elements stopped being displayed in the slider. Text animations work. Did you solve this problem?

Exit intent popup not coming up

Hello,

We bought the pro plugin last week. While there are other things we hope to put it to use doing, the main thing we want is to create an exit intent popup, to bring up a list of all the options when people are about to leave the site, make sure that they have not missed the option they were looking for, and offer some subscription options.

Having set it up with exit intent, it does not seem to do anything, not on clicking close or when the mouse gets close – I presume one of these should trigger it?

I believe it should do it from any page in the website?

Other uses we have would be triggered by clicking on some text so should be less of an issue, but this is the main reason we bought the plugin.

Hope someone can help (though the link will likely only show you that the plugin is not working (unless it does not work on your machine).

Unable to Import Templates

Hello,

I’m encountering an issue with the Depicter plugin on my WordPress site. When attempting to import templates, I consistently receive a 500 error. After enabling WordPress debugging, I found that the error is due to a missing database table: wp_depicter_documents.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far to resolve the issue:

Cleared Caches: I cleared my WordPress, browser, and server caches.
Deactivated Other Plugins: I disabled all other plugins to rule out conflicts.
Reinstalled Depicter: I deactivated, deleted, and then reinstalled the Depicter plugin to see if it would recreate the missing table.

Despite these steps, the error persists, and the wp_depicter_documents table is still missing from my database.

Duplicate Slides Selected automatically, crashes when I try to delete or publish

When the editor is loaded, I have about 4 slides already selected, when I select one, it selects all 4 slides which have the same names “Slide 10”. Renaming one, renames all the automatically selected ones and then later reverts back to “Slide 10”. I can’t add a new slide because it’ll also become “Slide 10”. I have about 4 different slides in the same carousel that seem to be working fine, but this “Slide 10” just keeps duplicating, when I try to delete, it crashes. both errors for publishing and deleting are below.

Tablet header filter applying background too dark

All of my other header sliders are okay. This one does NOT look dark in WYSIWG view inside the Depicter editor for the slider, however, in a tablet view the background is so dark you cannot see it propery. Can you please help? When I turn the filter OFF nothing happens.

I am currently creating a testimonial slider and my Custom Font Recorda Script is displayed, but my Adobe Font Gill Sans Nova Cond., which is otherwise also integrated and displayed on my site, is not displayed in the menu for the slider in Depicter. Can anyone help me?

Once I installed Depicter and try to enable any feature no matter for creating a blank slider or import any template then it will show “An unknown error has occurred”.

I am experiencing two issues with the slider:

Desktop Issue: On desktop, after reloading the page or navigating between pages, the slider disappears. For example, when you first visit the website (link provided above), the slider loads as expected. However, if you navigate to the “Sample Page” and then return to the “Home” page, the slider no longer appears. This issue seems to be specific to desktop devices and does not occur on mobile.

Mobile Issue: On mobile, when transitioning between slides, there is a 1-second delay before the text and other items fully appear (“light up”). It behaves as though an effect or animation is applied, but I have confirmed that no effects or animations are enabled. This issue only occurs on mobile devices and happens specifically when using the basic slide transition. The delay does not occur with the fade transition.

Could you please assist with resolving these issues?

Hi, we notice a problem when Show on all slides is enabled.

“Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘children’)
The error may be correlated with this previous error:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘children’)”

To replicate an error:

Add a button to slide

Choose Options tab and enable Show on all slides

Try to delete a slide or add other element and try to save a slides.

We disabled all the other plugins and have a staging site if you want to check it out ??

I am using depicter for my homepage slider. It works fine on desktop and tablet view. but on mobile view, the slider doesnt seem to load fully. Only when i refresh the page then the slider would show up fully. How can i fix this? Tried to clear cache for depicter and others but doesn’t seem to work out.

I have updates Depicter to version 3.2.2. and all of sudden all my sliders won’t appear or are working. No errormessage in the console. If i use the shortcode instead the same: nothing is loaded. The sliders are accessible through the dashboard, but i can’t embed them on my pages. I have no cashing plugin of layer working. And i’m using a lot of sliders on pages because i am a trainer!!! What can i do to fix this?

Hello, Today, I tried to install the Depicter plugin on a new domain. After installing it and selecting the appropriate template, I noticed that when I inserted the shortcode into the WordPress page, the template was not working correctly. Only the background and text were appearing without any images, and the slider’s loading time was very long. I then moved to another domain and reinstalled WordPress and Depicter, but now nothing works—just a white background and three dots (the preloader). What is happening today?

Hi,

I am trying to restrain the width of a carousel.

General settings : Flex, Fill, or Focus, and even “content wrapper” does not solve this issue even if “force full width” is not activated. I just want the carousel to scale within a container, or to the width of the page content. My theme doesn’t carry full width blocks.
I can choose the width I want with post sliders but not with post carousels.

Videos not working with Safari – Even on your own Depicter.com website

Background videos (or videos in general) do not play or show up at all in the Safari browser on iPhone or other iOS devices. Even if muted.

The videos on your own website under the “What You Can Create By Depicter” section do not show either.

Seeing as many iPhone users use Safari, this is a major issue.

Slider totally crashed once I enter via Instagram

When I edit and test slides on Depicter and see that everything is optimized – once I enter through Instagram, slider is nothing like optimized. Letters are all around the slide. Why Do I need to additionally optimize it for instagram? It’s so exhausting? Is there any solution here? Thanks

The plugin does not work fine after updateing to the last version:

My slider is not shown at the front (it’s only shown the charging icon)

When I tried to save changes in the slider at the backoffice, I get this error:

Fade transitions / animations not working

The fade issue is still not fixed after last 2 updates. The slider transition option is set under options to “Fade”, I have never changed it, however it now only slides after latest update even though the fade option is selected. How to fix this? This one is most important to me to fix.

The issue with the fade animation settings carrying across after update is still not resolved. I updated to the latest version and the fade animations on all the text on each banner (h1 titles and descriptions) was not carried across, I had to manually redo it all on each banner and it’s not the same smooth look as it was prior. When you click on the text, go under animation, the button for “fade animation” was turned off by the updates, once it is turned on the settings are not the same with the same look. I mentioned this months back but it still hasn’t been resolved.
