Hi, I have the free version of the order delivery date and time plugin, and configured a sales to test before I purchase the pro version. The delivery data doesnt pull through in the woocommerce order in the admin suite so I added the custom fields pi_delivery_date and pi_delivery_time
I have set up a cron job and just not receiving the delivery reminder. Am I missing something.
I have disabled all plugins apart from woocommerce and the order delivery date and time plugin and changed to default theme and it still doesnt work.
Hope you can help ??

Hi – is there a way to see a preview of your reminder email- other then the screen capture you’ve shown with the purple band? I’ve made some WooCommerce updates in the email template and I wanted to ensure this Reminder Email will pick up the same template.

Hello! I am using this in conjunction with the Pro version of Order delivery, Order pickup, Order date, Order time for Woocommerce. I have disabled the time select for pickup, so the customer can only choose the pickup day. If I set “When to send reminder email” to 30 minutes, when will the email be sent?
