My client would like to proceed using your app and the website similar to what we saw in your online demo sites.
Please reply with the process we need to follow to interact with your team to get the sign-up site built and supporting documentation for our questions about your WordPress plugin and app setup and configuration.
1. I need detailed documentation for the settings and options for the Xpress Delivery dashboard
2. I am not seeing WooCommerce orders being sent as tasks yet. I have a driver enabled and active, but nothing is displaying on the Tasks board.
3. Need a method for drivers to self-register. If this is not possible, can you provide a spreadsheet upload so we can import multiple drivers as they join?
4. Would like the ability to add more services to the dashboard – https://xpressdelivery.app/en/app/services
I have tried to integrate it a few days ago, initially it was working, but now is not. The only things we have changed on the app is add Wp-Optimize plugin, and a geocolator plugin for the checkout page. We sent a few emails a couple of days ago. Looking forward to your response.
