My comment count in my wp backend is still present after using Delete Comments Easily, the comments are all deleted but the count is still there. help?

I got this (Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Selecting this plugin from Tools takes you to page with 404 error

When i tried this plugin and selected it’s title from the Tools menu, it takes me to a 404 page every time.
Very disappointed. Not sure why its not working for me.
