Hello, although I have activated your plugin that allows zooming on mobile devices (and it does work perfect ), however, in core web vitals (page speed insights) it cannot see it and continues to report it as a problem ——>>>>> ? The [user-scalable=”no”] attribute is used on the element, or the [maximum-scale] attribute has a value less than 5. Disabling the focus feature is a problem for users with limited vision who rely on screen magnification to properly view the contents of a web page. Learn more about the viewport meta tag. ?
Hi Support,
Hoping you could please help me. This plugin might save this whole website for me. I reckon it is the (Flatsome) theme and/or builder not allowing images to be zoomed on mobile. According to your page this plugin just needs to be installed and activated, done and done. However it does not seem to change anything. How do I know? How can I test this?
Thanks for your time…
Hi dear support,
after installing your plugin I get the following message at google pagespeed:
Google Pagespeed: “Hat kein -Tag mit width oder initial-scaleKein
-Tag gefunden”
–> So basically google does not see the viewport meta code.
In the source of the page the code is implemented, see line 392 at holistic-med.ch
“”
So do you have any idea why google is not “seing” the viewport code?
When I deactivate your plugin , the error message is gone.
I do have the flatsome theme.
Does this plugin work well with flatsome?
And is it just the same as just adding this line here (or does it then duplicate instead of replace)? See screenshot
https://snipboard.io/PZs5vV.jpg
Thanks a lot
Hi,
Can You explain why this plugin is better than just adding 1 line of code.
I use flatsome theme.
Thanks.
Hi, I installed this plugin, but zooming still doesn’t work. I pasted this string <meta name = “viewport” content = “width = device-width”, initial-scale = 1 “/> in the head (located in the header.php), but it still doesn’t work. I don’t know if it’s a problem related to my theme (Uncode) or other, is there a way to force the zoom further?
Thanks for your attention
Hi,
ich habe soeben die Version 1.4 installiert und der meta-tag viewport wird eingetragen.
Problem: Es gibt schon zwei andere.
Horst

Hi,
i have just installed version 1.4 and the meta-tag viewport is being entered.
Problem: There are already two others. One from theme (flatsome) and one from page-builder (elementor). Now there are three in the head.
This is not good for Google (SEO) and is considered a technical error. I thought the plugin removes other (competing) meta-tags (?). Should definitely be.
Looking forward to the solution … Horst
Dear Community,
I obviously struggle to get this Plugin to work properly. Activated, it still does not allow zooming in on any of my mobile devices.
Is it possible the plugin is overridden by the theme’s settings (Lensa)?
I even tried to gather if zooming can ve achieved with custom css, so far, no luck.
This is really annoying, can anybody help?
Thanks
Florian
Hi!
Thanks for the plugin! But – when zooming in the site, if I’m zooming an image – there is this moment when it breaks, it shows just a part of the image and the rest is white, as if it cuts the image. I’ve edited the maximum scale to be 3.0, but still – it crops part of the image, and I need the scale to be at least 3.
Any ideas what may be causing this?
Thanks!

Your plugin works OK, I only ask if there is a way to add this function…
Thanks!
I activated the plugin and it worked right away (which was very nice by the way) but now it isn’t working anymore. I updated and added a few plugins, but am not sure which one may be causing the conflict…any thoughts on why it stopped working?

Hi Martin,
A question. We use the plugin for our website and it works fine with regular pages.
But pinch zoom does not work in our JS lightbox, i.e. if you open up a sneaker on a tablet/mobile and try to zoom it doesn’t allow for that.
Is there a way to accomplish also pinch zoom for lightbox images somehow?
Thanks,
Olaf
it’s possible enable feature only on specific pages?

Hi, love your plugin and ‘Zoom and Pinch’ works like a charm on a mobile devices (as promised). My wish is to have it working on an Ipad as well ??
I mean, the combination of the HD Retina display and touchscreen is begging for ‘Zoom and Pinch’ functionality.
Is there a way (or an update of your plugin) to make this possible?

With your plugin, I’m able to pinch zoom, but the only thing is that when the page first loads on my iPhone 4, it loads fully zoomed in to the top left of the page. Is there a way to prevent it from doing that and have it load fully zoomed out at first? Please let me know, thanks!
