Is there a way to link the Site Title in the footer? I tried wrapping the <a href around it but that didn’t work.
I am wondering if you can edit order meta with this plugin. I have downloaded and installed it on a staging site, and explored its menus and options, but from what I’ve seen it’s not possible. Am I wrong? Is it somewhere hidden, and I simply haven’t discovered it? Other than that it appears to do what it promises. Unfortunately it’s not what I need it for in my case.
The middle zone of the “Customer new account” mail can’t be changed. The “Body text” field does not include the full text seen AND the “Additional content” field is below the said text.
Details:
Here is the fragment of the “Customer new account” involved:
<?php printf( esc_html__( 'Thanks for creating an account on %1$s. Your username is %2$s. You can access your account area to view orders, change your password, and more at: %3$s', 'woocommerce' )
The “Additional content” field Decorator only shows
“Hi {customer_first_name},
Thanks for creating an account on {site_title}. Your username is {customer_username}”
leaving the rest shown in the mail, but impossible to modify (i.e., “You can access your account area to view orders, change your password, and more at: %3$s’, ‘woocommerce'”)
If “Body text visibility” is set to OFF, the ONLY fragment shown is the one impossible to change!
Any ideas about how to solve this…?
Hello, there’s the Cookie consent appearing on the bottom of Decorator (I’m using Complianz), plus the Terms and Conditions page, basically tons of content. I’m not sure if this gets sent to the customer and that’s why I’m scared to do any publishing.
Do you know if there’s a way I can get rid of this?
Or even if I can whitelist the Decorator plugin in Complianz?
I’m running a shop using the German Market plugin, which ensures legal compliance for shops in Germany. One of the requirements for this compliance is sending an order confirmation immediately after purchase to the customer.
Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that your plugin doesn’t currently offer an option to customize this email. Is there a workaround that could be implemented so I can customize the order confirmation email using your tool?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Hello,
The customizer does not look as in the screenshots, i cant select email type or change it in the same way? does it not work with multisite? you can check screenshot.
Hello, I am receiving a delay (about 30 minutes to an hour) of new order emails. Are you experiencing any issues related to this?
Hi guys,
it seems that all emails which are available in Germanized and also in woocommerce are supported, but not the mails from the Germanized modules such as shipping. More precise I am missing the selection for the EMails
Order shipped
Order return
Order return delivered
Order guest return request
Is there any plan to integrate those in the near future, or is there a documentation how to extend it from Developer perspective?
cheers Kirsten

Hi,
Great plugin! the header image on the email on my mobile phone displays truncated, how do I fix this?
Hi,
I’ve built a template and sending out test emails, it looks the same as the preview in Gmail and Hotmail (screenshot), but different in Proton Mail (screenshot)
Is there any fix to this?
Hello
I installed the plugin ( WordPress version: 6.6.1, WooCommerce Version 9.1.4)
When I try to get to the plugin, I end up with a blanck page>
Thanks in advance for your help
Hello Friends, first I must say that I am loving your plugin. The only problem I found was in the “Customer New Account” email where the text “Your password has been automatically generated: {user_pass}” and “You can access your account area to view your orders and change your password here:” did not are translated. I’m using Loco Translate and added the Portuguese language. But even after carrying out the translation, the email template continues with the phrases mentioned above in English. Could they help?
Hello, I’ve been translating the emails for a while via WPML and I keep having the same issues, I lose the translations, they somehow desync and I can’t really refresh or force them to stay translated on emails… Is there a known fix for this, do you know if this is a recurring issue?
Thanks
Hello smart people!
I wanted to edit my WooCom emails today via the Decorator Email Customizer, but as soon as I click on “Edit”, a new window opens with the information: “Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access this resource.”
Why is that? But more importantly: How can I solve the problem?
I have already logged in as another admin, but the problem persists.
Thank you very much for your help!
Please add compatibility from your plugin to detect the emails added by YITH Advanced Refund in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.
Dear,
When we open the Decorator, we see the types of email notification (along with the possibility to select an order as example) but in this list I don’t see the default WooCommerce “Low Stock” and “Out-of-stock” email notifications. How can we customize them with your decorator ?
Thanks
Hello, I can change the styles of the emails but not the body text. I change it in the editor and save, the text appears changed in the editor but not in the preview or the actual emails. Using version 1.2.9.
WoodMart theme is adding some custom emails notifications (without any formatting) to notify users a product from their wishlist is back in stock. Can you add compatibility with WoodMart to detect those custom email notifications (which are added into WooCommerce > Settings > Emails)
It won’t apply to all email templates, but only to the template which was currently active.
I’m using WPML to translate fields, but WPML doesn’t find any from your Customizer plugin. Is it compatible ?
The below custom css did the work, but would be great to have a setting for this.

As users, when choosing a plugin, the first thing we look at is when was the last update. As in your plugin, while it’s absolutely amazing, when we see “Last updated : 6 months ago” we start doubting whether we should choose this for the long-term with our clients. Please keep this plugin updated, even if it means simply adding a “Support for WordPress X.X and WooCommerce X.X”, we prefer this (without any new features) than no updates at all. And you may also say “don’t worry, it’s compatible” we still worry because WordPress will then display a big yellow flag saying that it hasn’t been tested for a while ??
But again thank you so much for this amazing plugin!
In the footer, I use the html tag
to add line break between content.
We can’t adjust the width of the columns (product name, quantity, price) within the order table itself. Please give this possibility.
All the features so far are identical across devices (desktop & mobile). Please provide us the possibility to have different settings for mobile.
The system to define different settings across devices could look like something like this :
When we upload a logo in the header, you could auto-adjust the width & height to fit with the image ratio. And possibly also provide a “lock” to increase width or height, and not change the look of the image by keeping its ratio.
