Hello, thank you for this plugin.
Is it possible to add attachments when I am on the admin edit screen for posts and click on “Add new comment”?
Thank you and best regards

Any ideas?
Thanks for help
Is it possible to manually enable/disable the “Attachment Choose File” from appearing on select posts, directly from post editing?
Example: I only want this enabled on specific posts, but not every post. Let’s say I’m running a Halloween contest for the best dressed pet. I’d want people to be able to attach a photo of their pet with their comment.
There may be other posts that have no need for an attachment to be added, so I don’t want this feature available to my users on these specific posts.
If this feature is not available, is it possible to add it please?
Again, if this feature is not available, does anyone know a WordPress attachment plugin that does offer this feature?
]]>Denis, are you still supporting this app or no longer? Please let us all know. Thanks
]]>Hi, I’d like a preview of the image along with the preview of the comment when the comment is awaiting moderation. Users might think that the image upload didn’t work but their words did and try repeatedly to get the image to upload. Thank you anyone for any ideas or creator of this plugin please email me if you’d like me to pay you to add this upgrade for me. Thank you!

]]>The widget width seems to be to short because the “At” from attachment is appearing in my website textbox. Also when I click on the name, email or website textboxes it opens the Choose File box.
Is there anyway I can change the width of the widget or even move it a couple of spaces down so that it’s not close to my other textboxes.

]]>The video is not displaying on our comments page (see web link). I have this selected: “If checked, the attachment is displayed as an image, video, audio, or file link. Otherwise, all attachments will be displayed as links to files.” All that shows up is a link to the video. Please see comments titled “Bo von Hohenlohe on June 12, 2023 at 6:55 pm Happy Birthday Bob!!!” the link is ‘ocean’. How can we make the video display?
]]>Hi,
I have a question. I have the WP Adverts plugin installed on my website, which is used to add ads. You can add photos to these ads. And that’s the point – I added a DCO Comment Attachment to my website and the situation is that when someone adds a comment with an attachment in the form of a photo, this photo is added to the ad! And this even if someone else is the author of the ad.
Is there any workaround for this?
Thanks in advance
]]>It would be great if there were an option to specify the folder for any uploads.
That way you could delete for example any comment attachements older than XX days/years.
Some plugins to buld delete comments seem to work in a way that the comment attachements are left over. Then it’s very hard to delete content uploaded with DCO without deleting other content from your site too. For websites with a lot of comments that can quickly build up a few GB of useless data.
Basically I would like to delete any comment image attachements for comments older than 1 year – without deleting the comment itself for performance reasons. Not possible with the current folder structure or missing a separate delete option from within DCO.
]]>New business account, installed plug-in but no options show up in the comment area. Its just a blank comments field.
]]>Is there a way to limit the number of files to be uploaded? (But not just 1 file).
]]>With the plugin enabled, ticking a comment in the admin and choosing the bulk action “unapprove” causes a 404 error. The reason appears to be because the URL is indeed incorrect:
https://www.example.com/wp/wp-admin/edit-comments_php?paged=1&unapproved=1
Notice the underscore instead of period (_php and not .php).
I can confirm that this does not happen with the plugin disabled.
Commenting out this line of the plugin also stops the issue:
add_action( 'admin_enqueue_scripts', array( $this, 'enqueue_scripts' ) );
Hi. Is it possible to hide completely the attachments (or links) to users and display them only for admins?

]]>Hi,
I noticed when using this plugin, it’s getting the wrong max upload limit of 1mb ( my site has 300mb upload limit ). So it’s limiting me to 1mb upload, so I can’t use it.
Hi Denis,
When I tried to post a link from Youtube, it automatically embeded the video in the post perfectly. But when I tried to post a link from Facebook it just stayed as a normal link. How do I fix this?
Edit: fixed typo.
]]>How do you delete the message:
The maximum upload file size: 1,000 MB.
You can upload: image.
Links to YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and other services inserted in the comment text will be automatically embedded.
?
]]>In the form of adding a comment and attaching an attachment to it, there is a warning with allowed file types. Only pictures and videos are specified in the plugin settings, and all file types are specified in the notification form.

]]>Hello,
If more than 1 image is uploaded under the review, the images will not be visible.
I figured out that the problem occures if this “Combine images to gallery?
If checked, attached images will be combined to a gallery. Otherwise, the images will be displayed as a list.” option is checked.
If not checked, the images will appear, but below each other. Should I fix this now with css or do you have a solution to make the gallery mode work with it checked?
