Sorry, an error occured! Don’t worry, I will fix this, so simply let me know about it.
Here is some information about it:

]]>Hi,
I have seen the problem, that suddenly the tabs remain empty in the database cleaner.
Searching my console errors and the php log I saw that it should have to do with the translations.
I could not see what strings are the problem.
When deleting the following (language) files from wp-content/languages/plugins the problem was solved:
Now I can use the free version 1.1.2 again as I used to.
I cannot find the problems with this dutch translation files, but am glad that I found it.
Maybe this will help someone else.
Kind regards,
]]>how to deleted all woocommerce customers record by your plugin ?
]]>Hello-
I see that the plugin description mentions an “In-Depth Analysis” of Cron Jobs, but I have two questions:
1) Where can I see that? I cannot find it in the “settings” in any of the tabs (apologies if I am just missing it”)?
2) Does your plugin identify and/or clean orphaned cron jobs (i.e. cron jobs left over from deleted plugins)?
Thanks in advance for your response!

]]>Unfortunately, the plugin cannot clear the revisions created by Elementor and woocommerce and other post type who is currently editing products or saved templats. I edit my product pages and create tamplates with Elementor, today when I saw 2 of the pages, each had over 90 revisions while in the plugin (Database cleaner) it was showing me that I had 1 revision in total that could be cleared. Please add this feature to the plugin so that when a post type is edited by Elementor or other plugins post type, it can detect fast (no delay) and clean up its revisions.
Thanks!
Dear @moderator
Unfortunately you closed this subject because you haven’t read my comment properly.
I wrote that the problem occurs on the free version, but NOT on the paid version.
Your reply was that you cannot support the paid version, but that is where the problem NOT occurs.
My comment was to help you find the problem in the FREE version, which you are supposed to support.
Wrapping up the problem:
In Spanish the tabs “Post Types”, “Tables”, “Options” are empty!
Working fine when website is on English
Actually I am ancountering same problem as @javier-marcill
Because that topic is closed (and not solved?), I used same topic title.
On all sites where I use the database cleaner (either free or paid version) the plugin is working fine.
But not on the website which is in standard Spanish.
The tabs “Post Types”, “Tables”, “Options” are empty!
]]>Hello! I have WooCommerce store hosted with Siteground Cloud hosting. My site keep giving 502 and 504 server error and now giving also WP Ajax and Rest API issues. My site became super slow and it keeps taking huge resources on our server. I have almost 1gb database size with ?16K products, we can’t even use memcached on siteground because Siteground team asked us to optimize database. Can this plugin optimize our site without breaking site or losing data. Can support team help us to optimize our database? I can pay for the premium support too..
]]>How long should this take to clean? It’s only at 4% now and it’s been like over 20 minutes. I think it said there were 71000. No idea what they are, I looked in there and they were all the same. Shouldn’t it clean much more quickly than this?

]]>I’ve discovered some database tables that use a different prefix. They’re probably remnants from a previous version of the website. I want to delete them, but there’s no Delete button as shown in the tutorial:

Here’s what I see:

Hi, I have ~17,500 posts with a post meta table that is around 3gb, that is loaded with bloat from ACF / a data import plugin that was adding a lot (A LOT) of duplicate entries. I suspect I have millions of duplicate entries. Is this something your post meta cleaner can handle? I saw you have the create indexes button to help speed up the queries for this, but I am afraid of the scale of my issue and that this might bring my server to a crawl. I do have a very premium server via WPEngine that runs ~$2k/mo (thats about all I can say because they don’t provide specs) but I am still not sure about this.
As an aside, I am looking into how I can export the posts without the duplicate data, and then reimport them into a clean install.
]]>I’ve installed your plugin, I used it to primarily used to remove many revisions. According to your plugin, the database has been reduced quite significantly, and the revisions have been removed from the back end. However, when I looked at the database size via cPanel, the number has not decreased… In fact it did go up 2.3MB.
Just trying analyze and find out what is actually going on.
Thank you for your great work!
]]>The plugin shows me 196 “not used” options. It is highly likely that these are inaccurate, based on my unfortunate experience deleting Wordfence options that appeared to be safe to delete.
Moreover, almost every one of those options refers to either Litespeed or Wordfence. Somehow the plugin is does not have the correct information to judge whether or not those options are used.
I installed this plugin mainly to save me some time. I wanted to quickly delete table and options data that is outdated after deleting certain plugins and themes before making other changes in the database.
Unfortunately, so far this plugin has consumed much more of my time than I would have used to manually edit my database. ??
The concept is great, but the “Expert” interface does not seem ready for use. ??
]]>I notice that some “Delete” “Disable” (autoload) options work, and others do not.
I was trying to delete the autoloading of options for deleted plugins and themes. Most of these did not work. However, some did work.
I know for sure that the options that did NOT work belonged to plugins or themes I had deleted from the server some time ago. Some I may have deleted without uninstalling the normal way through the WordPress Admin panel. (Maybe that’s a bit No-No?)
Is it possible that your plugin checks to see if the folders for plugins or themes exist before deleting options or table entries?
The options I tried to disable from loading are clearly entries in the database and are not stored in the folders where the themes or plugins used to reside.
I really *want* to love your plugin, but I think it needs a bit more work.
]]>I see my previous two requests marked as “Resolved” when they are NOT resolved!! I assumed that the original poster would mark issues “Resolved” when they are actually resolved. When the developer marks issues “Resolved” after and incomplete or unsatisfactory response, the “Resolved” marker is meaningless.
]]>I thought the big red X next to a table or option entry would be a “Delete” option. But, for the most part it didn’t work.
However, there were a whole bunch of Wordfence entries, with “Wordfence” crossed out. So I took a chance and deleted those. Big Mistake! Wordfence subsequently informed me that the installation is incomplete and asks me for my license key. IOW, those options were *necessary* table entries!!
Now I have trouble re-installing Wordfence!
]]>The Database Cleaner: Clean, Optimize & Repair plugin has an option to “Assign Plugin” to checked table entries – which sounds really great, since most of the table entries are listed as “Unknown.” But the “Assign Plugin” option does not seem to work. For instance, I tried to assign the Litespeed plugin to all litespeed entried, but they still show up as “Unknown.”
]]>My site is huge and I have no way to take backup right now but I would like to clean up my media library now. is it safe using pro version?
]]>Hello,
Does this cleaner delete rogue entries in the uploaded files list?
I have entries in the uploaded files for which the fie has been deleted using the permanently delete option from the media library but the entry still exists in the uploaded files with a dustbin / trashcan icon. I hoped that this tool would delete these files.
]]>Test driving the free version. In Expert Mode. Under the Table Tab.
When multiple tables are selected and you click to delete (Large Red X) at the upper left it pops a window requesting verification. When the OK button is clicked it doesn’t delete any tables.
I was able to click the Red X next to individual tables and they were deleted.
It would also be nice to be able to Shift-Click a range of tables.
]]>You could implement these new extra features. either in the paid or free version.
1.- Many current plugins leave garbage when uninstalling from wordpress. in these tables: wp_usermeta and wp__postmeta.
2.- Create a database to store. so that all users can contribute by classifying the tables and data. by their names and so the plugin can identify them correctly.
2.1.-this will do that there is a better cleaning in the database. eliminating tables and useless data.
When I click on the clear button to clear the expired transients, the count becomes zero, but when I click the reload button again, it shows the exact same number of expired transients and none of them have been cleared.
An example of expired transients that have not been cleared:

Hello and thanks for reading my problem: in the plugin I go to the “Tables” section, choose “Not Used” and select all the tables. Then I click on the red X, the “Delete all” popup appears, I click OK but the tables are not deleted. I also tried one at a time but the result is the same.
Thanks for your attention and greetings.
Hi,
I try to find a cleaner which is compatible with WPML. There are others, but some of them explicitly mention that they are not.
How about yours?
Thanks in advance!
sincerely,
Michele
