I submitted a support ticket on June 29 (Today is July 19th), and within the first two days I got a response saying somebody would be looking into it. I emailed them the required access info they requested. Since then I have been waiting for 3 weeks with Absolutely NO responses from them. There is absolutely no support from them, not even enough courtesy to respond to emails. I emailed at least twice, simply asking if somebody was yet looking into the problem, and not even a response to even say they were busy or whatever. Since it is a business website that needs to be maintained, I have now chosen a competitors table plugin, and just deactivated the Supsystic plugin. The new plugin worked with no problems and cleared up the problem I had with Supsystic. I actually liked the actual plugin, but with no support, never again will I use this plugin or any more from Supsystic.

I did open a ticket. No answer at all. Then I updated the ticket. Guess what – no answer at all. But since the hade my email I got marketing (spam) emails every day. Have canceled to mail list now.
The pro version of the plugin does not rally work. Instead of buying the pro version go and get some drinks.

I have a website for the hospital in our region, and it’s been quite some time I was using this plugin for various websites. But I don’t know one day suddenly I noticed the tables were not showing on my hospital website and I tried to find the solution but no help. I tried and contacted this plugin support via email, they responded but they could not provide the solution as I was waiting for their email till this date.
Now I’ll have to create them again and they were really lengthy tables, so this impacts my whole day work progress.
Really disappointed, at least you should have checked my website inside-out as I’ve shared the wp access with you also.

The tool itself is great but the support is the worst thing that has ever happened to me.
There are always problems with the registration of the Pro version. For no reason, the tool loses connection to the server and all Pro features are turned off. But you only notice this by accident. You then have to renew the activation each time.
I have already written to the developer five times because he advertises custom coding. I had asked for a price so that a spreadsheet automatically gets the Woocommerce product price and calculates based on it. To date I have not received an answer. I made the first request a year ago!
Stay away if you don’t need the tool out of the box. There is no help!

Once I have received a response from WordPress as to which other Data Table Plugin with vertical scrolling function I can download, I’ll be deactivating this plugin!!

The supsystic DT generator best table plugin at WP, in my opinion. During past few days, I hv checked many more competitors. Even more than the comprehensive features list and its awesome search capability, this product is quite robust ( we even checked with 2 lakh rows!)

I use this to organize my family’s archive of old film and video dating back to 1935.
My family can search by any keyword in the database and get a list of the videos (stored on YouTube) with links to those videos. So if someone wants to see all the videos with Karen, they just type Karen in the search box and they get a list of descriptions with links to the videos. It’s great!!!!
I have no experience or technical ability so setup was a little bit of a challenge for me, but I was still successful. If you take your time and read the instructions, you can use this plugin. If you have any technical ability, this will be really easy to use for you.

I bought a 5-site license bundle in 2019 and only used one of the products on one of my sites.
I was in no hurry to use the other products, this plugin met my requirements at the time.
So today I started to revamp my other sites and decided to make use of some of the plugins I had purchased in the bundle.
I discovered that the “pro” features of the plugins are all deactivated after one year of purchase. You can’t even download the products you purchased anymore, and (Ole at) Supsystic refused to provide me with the original versions that I purchased, which would probably suffice for my purposes.
It’s a clever scam. Buy a product that you can use standalone indefinitely (and update as and when you wish to).
I looked at the terms and conditions and it is not clear (and certainly not explained properly in any of the sales pages) that your plugins will basically be switched off if you don’t keep paying the annual fee!

I’ve just ordered a plugin bundle, 3 year licence. The confirmation message said an email would be sent, but it wasn’t. The license is showing on my account in Supsystic fine, but there is no invoice! Literally every other company I’ve ordered anything with online ever, even the really rubbish ones, have an area you can download your invoices in your account section. This seems very unprofessional.
Plugins are fine, if temperamental. If you don’t need an invoice (I guess most of their clients must be hobbyists?) then all is OK.

I have paid $46 to get the pro version of “Data Tables Generator”, but so far I’m stuck with this pending status, it’s been more than 24 hours now..
Didn’t get the download link, although the payment was already done.
– I have sent though “Contact Us” page, but no reply at all, not even a received confirmation reply.
Did expect that at all from Supsystic, I lost my money, and didn’t get the pro version.
Please, how is it possible to solve this issue?
