I’ve been using this for years. Simple and reliable.

Now and then I look at other scheduling plugins but I don’t see any reason to change. More features just makes them seem too complicated.

Does what it says, except that it does not seem to recognize scheduled posts from registered post types. WP Scheduled Posts offers this functionality for those who are in need of it.
