I have instaleled the plugin – but it just shows Nobody in all the options – not very clear on how you edit each user level to have what access rights etc.
]]>The settings page list who can see different areas and it defaults to Nobody. The drop down menu does not list user types, it’s a long list of who knows what. uninstalled.
]]>When selecting “Recent Comments” to be seen for users it can been seen only by users with admin rights and above.
Contributors and Authors cannot see “Recent Comments” whatever level or capability I choose.

The Recent Drafts widget is not removing. I think your plugin might need to be edited from ‘normal’ to ‘side’ for ‘dashboard_recent_drafts’
