I activated plugin and decided to place dark switcher icon into header of the site. I have 2 navigation menu, bun there are no recognized in the plugin. See screenshot please.

So first off, love this plugin. The issue I am having is that the Shop, Single Blog and Single Product pages aren’t listening to the CSS that makes the background switch.

I am using Elementor Pro.

First this is the best dark mode plugin that I have tried but there are some issues like, every page of my website causes FCP error, in pagespeed insights it shows “Required traces gatherer did not run” and in GT metrix it shows “Lighthouse Error: The page did not paint any content” This is my demo site, so please don’t mind the content, I’m using Blocksy theme and I think Darklup is confliciting with Litespeed cache because when I disable it error disappears and or when I disable Darklup error disappears, but I really don’t want to turn off Litespeed as it really helps my site. I cleared my cache by purging everything so cache isn’t really an issue. Please help me, I love your plugin.

We used to be able to turn on dark mode for only certain pages. Now in the “Triggers” section of the plugin I only see pages to exclude from dark mode. There used to be a way to add pages to dark mode. I want dark mode off/unavailable for most of the pages and only on for a small set of pages.

I need help on darkluplite-dark-ignore. Its not working and I’m using wp-form plugin. I want to change the button style on dark-mode; free mode.

Version 3 is a lot of nonsense
It makes the site slower than WooCommerce
Sometimes the browser section does not load at all, and for every page refresh on the site or in the admin panel, it consumes 1 gig of RAM of the admin and user system to run and I have to close the browser tab.
I’m back to version 2.1.5, it’s great and fast

I have the minimal elementor Hello theme installed and I created the menus from the WordPress default and display them in the header using Elementor Pro but the plugin doesn’t find any menu at all. I saw someone else had the same problem, is there a fix?

I tried to add the shortcode [darklup_darkmode_switch style=”1″] but doesn’t show up at all. It shows the shortcode instead.

Hey. I can’t try out the plugin. The moment I turn it on everything looks good for a split second on the front-end (dark mode) and then it turns totally black, can’t see anything. Help?

Hi Guys, first off, great plugin, best we’ve tested so far so will probably buy the pro version (we need some of the pro version settings)

We do however are seeing a rendering issue when switching from dark to light mode, you can clearly see the DOM elements on the page switching colours.

Is there any way to stop this and get a clean switch between the modes?

Hello, I resolved the problem on WP Go maps on dark mode, assigning via css a background none to all of the div inside the map.
Now the dialog, when pressing the pin, remains black. Even if I add a jQuery to that div.

Is it possible to inherit the dialog black in dark mode?

Darkluplite in dark mode when using iOS’s accessibility feature “Smart Invert” does not work correctly.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://darklup.com/ on an iOS device
2. Set the floating toggle switch to dark mode
3. Enable Smart Invert (https://9to5mac.com/2017/06/09/ios-11-dark-mode-smart-invert-colors-how-to-enable/)
4. You’ll note that the website is inverted to appear as a light mode (as expected with Smart Invert when dark mode is set) and quickly changes inverted light mode.

Whenever I activate the ‘PRO’ plugin I get this error:

I use DIVI and litespeed Cache.
I have a few small questions:
– For the sliders, sometimes there remains a black line (see screenshot), I think it corresponds to the navigation point (I can also remove them and leave only the arrows…)
– I have a full page slider with an image and a slight veil over it. We see the image then the veil covers everything (while clearly we still see the image through).
– I tried to adjust the light/dark mode logo but the logo doesn’t move anymore. I have a scroll down effect which reduces the size of the logo. In dark mode, it doesn’t work anymore.
– when I scroll, the menu decreases (responsive) and suddenly, the writing becomes black/black, we can’t see it anymore (see screenshot)
– selection color (on hover and selection) of product variations does not take change. It stays black.
– Product titles in the store remain dark grey.
That’s a lot of points, you can answer directly in my mail for more ease, if you want.

How to disable button for devices?

I have the licensed version of Darklup but even with the free version I am not able to access any of the menu tabs. General settings, advance settings, color settings, none of the menu tabs work.

There could be a conflict with the theme. Why is there a checkbox alongside the dark mode button. The issue is in the frontend (user end) in both desktop and mobile.

I am waiting for fix PRO version feature over 3months already… (since 1.1.0) (atm. 2.0.4)
Over this time I got notice by email that they will have a look for it “after new patch” if it’s still not fixed and it happens all the time since then.
Since last two weeks they completely ignore my emails.
Kind of disappointing how they treat premium users.
I should have asked for a refund as this feature still doesn’t work properly.

Anyway backing to problem.
Since last patch images swap properly over the “normal” pages.
It still do not swap over woocommerce – product catalog and product page.
(even I include product or category in settings)

When I’m setting up my theme colors for dark mode, setting the themes background color impacts the background of my input forms and textareas.
For days, I’ve been trying to disable this so I can adjust the color of my forms through CSS, but even the !important; tag in my CSS isn’t working.
Is there a string of code in the plugin that I can change somewhere so I can customize my forms CSS apart from the themes background without it impacting both at the same time?

TLDR;
Setting the “Custom Background Color” under “Color Settings” impacts the background of my CSS forms, which I do not want. Is there a way that I can disable this so it doesn’t impact my forms?
