Hello ??

First of all: this is a great plugin – something i really looked after for a long time. It’s simple, small and very easy to integrate into FSE themes. Thanks a lot for your work with it! I really appreciate that.

I have two questions:

1. I somehow have problems understandig how i can change the custom settings for particular site elements within CSS. How can i adress the items correctly for the dark mode? Example: if i would like to change the background for the comments or the headings. What do i have to write in the code and where exacly (functions.php oder style.css)?
2. Do you have any future plans with the plugin? Is it still being developed? I would really be happy if you keep up with this. Your great plugins deserves much more attention and installations then it seems to have.

Hi Erik! Love the plugin – it’s really useful in it’s simplicity.

I’ve set it up to use an alternate colour scheme by swapping the light and the dark parts of the palette, following the Customization instructions. So far so good!

I’d like to keep the default icon and its switching animation – it’s perfect. But… since I’m not too familiar with CSS, I can’t figure out how to use my custom colours alongside the default icon. Am I missing something?

I would like to exclude all headers and footers from switching to dark mode. Is that possible?

I just tried your plugin. Great! Thanks for making it available. Installing was easy, and adding the code block, too. However I have one issue: Each page loads in light mode first, then switches to dark in the fraction of a second. Those flashes don’t look nice.

Any chance we can prevent emojis from being inverted? They look rather spooky once the magic has been enabled. ; )
