I am not able to publish the reviews in WordPress.
The error “Request failed with status code 403” appears. I have done the necessary actions indicated in the step-by-step and it did not work. I have already checked Wordfence, the logs, the API and there is nothing blocking.

I’ve worked with my client to refactor her website. I’ve replaced the old one by the new version. I’m at the stage where I need to import the missing reviews and I have several questions :
- First on the cusrev badge the number of reviews are not the same on the old version and the new.
on the old one > 1563 reviews
on the new one > 1468. - When using the export and import feature from your plugin, will it overwrite existing reviews ? Will the newly imported reviews will be considered “verified” if they were exported from the old website and already verified ?
To make the issue more clear. When starting the refactoring projet, I duplicated the existing website to work on it. While working on this new version, some orders and reviews were placed. I need to import back these elements to the new website after migration.
The order part was fine, I just had to change the order id to make sure they were not conflicting with new existing post ids.

I have a custom user role for my call center team and they have “moderate_comments” capability. Unfortunately they can’t moderate reviews within your plugin, as this required “manage_options” or “manage_woocommerce” capability. Isn’t it too much?

Currently, I have set the “Default Quantity of Reviews” to 5, which means:
- The frontend displays 5 reviews initially
- The page source code also contains only these 5 reviews
- Users can click “load more” to see additional reviews
For SEO purposes, I would like to:
- Keep showing only 5 reviews initially on the frontend
- Keep the “load more” button functionality unchanged
- But have all review content included in the page source code
Since this isn’t possible through the plugin settings, could you please advise which filters, hooks or code I should use to modify the code to achieve this?

]]>We’ve just found out that the customer email contains the wrong price for variable products. The plugin shows the price for the main product, but not the variant that was actually purchased. Please see the screenshots. I can’t change this in the template, since the whole data block is created by a function. This is a major issue, since customers are pretty clueless what’s going on.

I have the paid version of CR. the reviews are showing that they are received in private mode. I have set the system to review via CR. I have not changed this setting(have had the plugin for two years now)
Also when i attempt to publish an review via social media I receive the message that this is not possible because the review was received in private mode. But I know this is not correct. Thanks
]]>The review form page loads Google fonts. This is a huge problem in terms of GDPR. At least here in Germany this might get you (that is: us) in major trouble. While it is very unlikely that this will ever be noticed by anybody, we would prefer to have it disabled. I could hack the form-header.php, but I would really prefer a cleaner solution. I can’t do this via a hook or filter, since the links are hardcoded in the template.

]]>I’ve just found out that the review form page has a pretty strange background color (#e2f3eb). This form color is not included in the settings. That’s fine with me. However, I would prefer not to hack a template just for changing the color. I can’t override it via the child theme CSS, since the stylesheet is not loaded. Do you have a workaround for that?

]]>Initially plugin was working fine, not sure what caused the issue, perhaps some updates or database cleanup using default WP tools i performed around same time.

- Orders do have notifications like “CR: a review reminder was successfully scheduled for October 26, 2024 12:00 pm (EEST).”
- Scheduled Review Reminders table is empty
- Initially there weren’t any related errors in logs
- In Cron events there are no events related to cusrev (tho I’m not sure if there must be)
- It wasn’t working after updating and disabling, enabling the plugin
- It still wasn’t working after reinstalling the plugin, but now I see this message in logs

- Cron in general is working fine on the site, but I do have very limited server resources and maybe few other issues and errors on the site.

When I first installed the plug in a while ago (free option), I set up my review permissions so that all reviews require approval before being posted onto the product page on the site. It was working as intended.
Currently all reviews posted go straight to “approved” and instantly display. I have set in cusrev settings – visual style basic user interface and in woocommerce – settings discussion “comment must be manually approved”.
Please could you help with what might have changed and how I can fix it, so that all reviews will only be visible after being manually approved?

If php version 8.2 on server, I have problem: “The loopback request returned an unexpected http status code, 500. This means that import of reviews will not be working as expected. If you would like to use the import utility, please contact your hosting provider and request them to enable loopback requests for your site.”
If I use 7.4 version, I have not any problems.
How to make it work on php 8.2?
