Hi, your faq says “you can edit the notes from the Edit Order pages and the changes will reflect on all the orders and the user profile as well.”
But there is no note form visable on the customer profile pages and on the Edit Order pages there is no textarea, just 2 dropdown select boxes – one is empty and the other has the options of “customer note” or “private note”. (as seen here: https://prnt.sc/1H2fxdx4ktDI). Where is the textarea to enter a custom note for the customer?
Nothing looks anything like the screenshots you have on the plugin page.

Love the plugin, sometimes my staff misses reading the notes becuase our order edit screen on the back end has many items.
Is there any snippet or solution you can provide that would make a red outline around the customer note section so it is more obvious?
