Hi there,
Unfortunately the custom pages I’ve created aren’t showing up. I’ve selected them in the course page. I’m using the astra theme. What can I do?
Thanks
]]>Good day,
When a user is logged in then, the normal LearnDash course pages are displayed to the user, and not the Custom Template. Can this be fixed?
]]>Is there any chance to use this plugin and work with blocks? I no longer use any builder, but find this plugin really useful.
Thanks.
]]>hello,
I want to design my custom course page, but unenrolled users do not find a button to register in a course or pay for it.
How can I do it?
For some reason, when I include a shortcode on the page, it does not execute. It works find on all other pages. Is there something not being called in the plugin code?
]]>Hi, please take a look on the 2 screenshots.

A custom template loads a different CSS version and doesn’t get updated unless I re-save the template in Elementor. Already ruled out the caching so maybe the Custom Template plugin is causing this? Please take a look.
]]>I have a problem with a link that appears at the bottom of the page when I create more than one template. I do not understand why it comes out, nor do I know how to remove it.
I get a link to the following template, and when you go to the other template it also comes out to return to the previous one. It’s horrible can someone help me? Thanks
Hello. I have successfully created a Learndash Custom Template using your plugin, and selected the template in the course settings for one of my courses.
But when I publish the course’s page, and visit it as someone who is not logged in, the body of the page is blank: the header and footer are there, but nothing else.
I would be grateful for any help on why this is happening.
(I am using BuddyBoss as my template, and also BeaverBuilder and BuilderDash to build the custom template.)
]]>Hello!
I’ll talk about the first one:I am using LearnDash as an LMS plugin on my WP site.
I need you to change the way the Quiz classifies Students.
LearnDash works by default for Quiz:
https://www.learndash.com/support/docs/core/quizzes/quiz-leaderboard/#what-the-user-sees
If two students have the same score, whoever the plugin chooses to take first is who sent the form first, which is unfair to those who only managed to do it the other day, but did it in less time.
It would need to be untied based on the time it took each student to complete the quiz.
Can your plugin or other change this?
The LearnDash team replied that it is possible based on the documentation, as it records DATE OF START and DATE OF FINISH.
https://developers.learndash.com/
It would be just to make PHP subtract these values ??and print on Leardboar, as I attached.
I need to know if it is possible
]]>Hello, Is there a way to duplicate or clone from a template you already made in stead of starting over from scratch? It appears to me that, currently, a new course template needs to be started every time.
Using WPBakery with University Theme
Thanks.
Hi
Would it be possible to use the template created for enrolled users too? I’m trying to find a way to create different color schemes for every course.
]]>The point of being able to make a template course page would be to have some shortcodes with dynamics ID which auto-select the ID of the current course where it’s set up… if not, you have to make a template again for every courses.
Do you plan to improve that?
]]>Can’t see an option in Learndash 3 to select the sales page to the course.
Seeing broken text on front end when viewing the site as a visitor
]]>Hello –
Trying to use this with Elementor as the editor and it is crashing – is beaverbuild only editor it works with? I also do not use astra theme – I use divi
]]>I am trying to create a new custom template for my Learndash site, I am using the Astra theme, with Elementor page builder. I create a custom template and style it within Elementor, then go to my courses and apply the template, but when I view the course it is using the default template. My site is on WP 5.1.1 with the Astra child them and latest Elementor. My main thing i want to do is have all of the courses and lessons look like the rest of my site with a left hand menu (not in the sidebar).
]]>Hi, I need some help getting started.
This is my Learn Dash course page: https://thebettinglabs.com/courses/mastery-series-primer-the-ultimate-introduction-to-profitable-betting/
This is my landing page: https://thebettinglabs.com/the-mastery-series-primer-the-ultimate-introduction-to-profitable-betting/
I’m having problems with ClickBank, so I would like to transfer the content on the landing page to the course page so I can use my own cart checkout.
This can be done using the visitor shortcodes, but it does not allow for page styling.
The LD course set up overrides the ability to use the WP Bakey Page Builder.
However, having created a course template with your plugin, I also cannot see the option to use the page builder.
Also, is it possible to use the microsite functionality so that I can hide the menu items as per the current landing page example?
I’m using The7.
Apologies if I have misunderstood what your plugin does – I’m a beginner.
Any help appreciated,
Dan
