When using WP-Touch, the table that returns pricing does not have high contrasting colors.

This was working perfectly for years, but a recent update to wordpress made the table not function correctly. After the plugin re-install – the table background colors alternate and the text is lost in the background color.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is there any way to display the new entries on top of an “Entries” front-end page? I mean when you use the shortcode to show the entries on a page, the new entries are on the bottom but I need to have a reverse order (new ones on top and older ones on bottom).

We’ve installed this plugin on our site because it claims to do all the things we require. We’ve spent ages putting together a CSV in the format required.

The problem seems to be that the front-end search that we’re able to add to the page does not have any relationship to the data we’ve uploaded as a CSV. The back-end of this plugin just makes no sense. Nothing seems to relate to anything else. Anything we do just seems to create more and more unrelated forms and records.

The instructions provided are vague, poorly written and really patchy. There is no kind of step-by-step process to show how to start from scratch, upload your data set and then create a searchable form on the website. There’s just lots of unclear and contradictory instructions in different sections but no clarity on what steps follow each other.

Has anyone managed to get this plugin working effectively?

Does anyone know of a way of clearing the data at the time the form is submitted? At the moment all I can do is overwrite what was previously entered. i don’t have a problem with that but some of my users are confused and may be tempted to resubmit.

I know this has been asked but still can’t figure it out. I uploaded my CSV file and it’s still blank!

I’ve just installed the plugin and reading through the intro text it says,”Additional Note: The “File Upload” field type is intended for image uploads only.”

However, I’m not sure how this implements within the DB. The Example shows an image in the database listing … but there’s no explanation on how to get this working.

WOuld it be possible to get some sort of outline on getting images into the DB ???

When someone fills in the form, when they hit submit, the page refreshes and there is no validation that it was successful. So people enter it multiple times and give up and I end up making duplicates.

Is there suppose to be a Submit validation text come up? If not, WHY NOT?

Can I get help with this issue or maybe fix the plugin to redirect to a successful submission page or something?

I just downloaded this plugin to help me create a DB within my WP site. I created a new form and started entering entries, after 5 entries, I went back to see the output and only 3 are showing. I can’t think of why but also, do not want to spend much time on it if they are not going to show. Also, the search showed blank when I tested it.
This will be a tremendously large DB and I am in need of finding a solution asap.
Any info you may suggest will be appreciated.

The use case is the user enters their zip code, then the site returns which of the 25 possible regions that zip belongs to, with the system reading from a csv file of all u.s. zip codes and their region assignments…can this plugin perform this?

Thanks for this really great plugin! I have been looking for something like this for some time now and I will definitely go pro once I’ve explored the tool thoroughly.

One issue that I’m facing right now is this:

I’ve added a form, and deleted it. Now, I’m unable to create a new form with the same name. I get the following message when I try – Form already exists.

However, I can’t see it in the entries section nor in the forms section.

I want to delete this form so I can create a new one in the same name. Please guide.

The line cuts out at the 301 character, and continues to import the rest of the fields from the following line.

I was happy that someone actually did the job to create such a plugin, thank you very much. Yet, this solutions seems to have rather limited use to me.

The search will not find entries, that do not start with the search term. For example creating a text field with an entry like “Shin Jimin (???)” will not allow you to search and find it by looking up “Jimin” or the Korean name “???”. It would be necessary to create 3 separate fields (columns) to have this functionality. Same is true for a field “Occupations” with entries like “Singer, Actress, Model”. Searching for “Model” or “Actress” will not return that entry.

You can’t add a field into an existing form, you have to create a new form then.

Editing fields and rows in the backend (Entries) is not comfortable or fast. If you have a large table of entries you will encounter problems loading and editing it in a browser. That’s the main reason why you should have a form that is able to lookup and edit an entry in the frontside and not be forced to work in countless rows of entries or an external CSV. The “edit entry” option should be available as an option for a form maybe like this: [sds-edit table=”koreanartists”]. Thus I could create a password protected published page that allows me to search the entries (lookup if “Jimin” is already in my DB) and either add a new entry or (if entry is found) edit it. The code is altready there, it just sits in the backend.

Hi, search and all works great. The only issue is that I have the search a couple of scrolls down my webpage. When a user selects ‘search’, the site reloads to show the results, but it shows top of the page. Any ideas how can I ‘freeze’ te page at the point where the search and results are? Otherwise it is confusing for the users when they hit ‘search’ and see nothing, as the site is scrolled back to the top.

I have a database that has URL’s in one of the fields. I would like when after searching a user can click on the URL and have it open in a new window.

I followed all of the instructions to upload a .csv file. I saved it as a CSV file and made sure it used commas, not semi-colons. I put sds in the first header. I got a successful upload message. But when I go to the forms page I just see random numbers as my form name and there is only one blank field and no entries come through. What am I missing?
