Hello, when using the WordPress Custom Fields, the Value does not appear when viewing the webpage. Please help us ensure this happens. Thank you!
The plugin works fine but the only issue I have found is that when we use any seo plugin of any kind, the custom template og tags applies to all custom post type pages as well which is bad for seo since it should be applied for individual pages as we create pages and add seo information.
I think this issue can be solved by ignoring template seo meta tags and apply custom post type seo tags instead. I am not a PHP coder so I have no idea how to achieve that.
EDIT: I am using All in One Seo plugin FYI.
Thanks by the way for this amazing plugin ??.
Hello, and thank you for the excellent plugin. I want to show custom post meta data without having to install the AFC plugin. I’ve created the meta box using custom functions, but the global $post variable might not be accessible. Can you please advise on how I can achieve this?
Hi,
It works fine for me. I just have one suggestion. I think instead of using a Page template, if it uses a different template then it would be great. Maybe Elementor template or maybe the plugin should create it’s own template and then use that template for any custom post types.
Thank you.
Hello!
When I try to put my ACF variables, they don’t appear on my pages. I have properly linked my Elementor page and my Custom Post Type but nothing appear.
I’m using ACF 6.2.1. and Custom Type Post 6.3.1.
Hi,
After installing and activating plugin, there’s no customposts menu at dashboard left hand pane. Altought, I’ll see custom post pages under Elementor sub-menu. Also, when creating a new page with Elementor editor, there’s no custom post pages widgets available.
Plugin installed and activated without any errors but not showing up anywhere.
Using WP 6.2 with OceanWP and Elementor free as well as some other plugins.
Hey there, thank you for this great plugin. There is one problem for me, the post content module is not rendering the paragraph tag properly, i need to manually add the tag in text mode so that the tag is there.
So any idea why this happen?
I’m using CPT UI for the custom post type plugin and latest Elementor Free (v3.12.1)
Hey, the plugin works with custom post types, though it does not seem to work with ACF fields. Regardless of the exact field names, the front end will show just an empty container. Honestly, not a big issue as it can be worked around with some minor coding, but probably worth looking into.
I reckon it might have something to do with the global $post variables if you use any as those use the page and not the post it’s meant to display. By creating a custom query I can make the pages display the relevant data, but it should probably be done by the plugin.
Still, the bigger issue seems to be related to the meta titles and descriptions which pull though like this while using Yoast or Rank Math:

Services pages templates | Website title

It seems that the meta description pulls through some of the page content as well and they don’t take the actual post data into consideration.
Hey, This plugin is really good, however I’m trying to show some of the content from ACF fields but I cannot get them to display.
Any ideas?
I did what you wrote on “How to use it” but my post still uses default layout instead of the one from page template I’ve selected.
Hello, I think it would be better to replace creating a page as template with selecting page template saved in library (post_type=elementor_library & elementor_library_type=page).
