Is this plugin even supported? I bought it directly from their site, but with issues cropping up only a day after installation and getting no response 3 days later, I’m starting to think maybe I shouldn’t have given them my money after all…

See the link – the border around menu items isn’t consistent,and there’s some odd vertical bar that appears, regardless. Given the color, it may be a part of the site’s theme,but it does seem very strange to me.

Any suggestions?

Possible to add “My Tickets” to this to some supported helpdesk system or does it have some hooks to leverage maybe a dev can handle?
Any tips how to achieve this would be great.

I haven’t got a “general settings”, so I can’t enable the plugin.

I try to disable all the other plugin I have but no change.

while it worked previously, suddenly the input of short code for a edit form (registrtionmagic form) has no effect in “custom content” field : a blank area appears in the dashboard area when I click on my menu button.
Otherwise, “custom url” works…

Not shown in theme menu atter installation and activation

woocommerce shortcode not working after activating this plugin.

I want to purchase the plugin after seeing the demo, but how do I get the sign in and sign up page? It did not come after I installed the theme.

Please, I installed this plugin to create a my account service in my e-commerce end it works fine, BUT, now I installed the WPML and I cannot translate it!! What am I doing wrong? I need to translate all part of the site, included the my account one.

In that file it says:
This template can be overridden by copying it to yourtheme/woocommerce/myaccount/my-account-dashboard.php.

I tried it but with no luck! How can I overwrite it by copying it to child theme ?

Hi! I have some pre-sale questions, and the possibility to show some additional tabs with Woocommerce default info:

1. When this option is active: “Shipping & Delivery > Shipping Options > Force shipping to the customer billing address”, is possible to show/edit one single “Billing and Shipping Address”?

2. Reviews tab: a tab with default woocommerce reviews of user.

3. Comments tab: a tab with post/pages comments of user.

4. Coupons tab: a tab with available coupons for user.

5. Additional data tab: a tab with forms that ask the user date of birth and gender.

6. Social tab: if social login installed, a tab that show social accounts linked with user.

7. Subscription / Memberships tab: show default woocommerce Subscription / Membership.

8. Tracking order tab: default woocommerce tracking.

9. Show in dashboard last login, registration date and how many orders have been placed.

10. Mailchimp tab: manage subscriptions to lists (if Mailchimp plugin is installed).

11. A logout link.

First i very excited when i found this plugin. Seems we can add new menu/features in my account woocmmerce page. Then it just do nothing. When talk about listing My Order, My Downloads, Edit Address even the basic theme twenty fourteen do that thing (without the plugin).

It seems like when someone jumps from menu item to menu item in their account, it suddenly tells them the page can’t be found and to refresh. It acts like it times out perhaps, or maybe it’s a caching issue. Any suggestions or fixes?

I love the premium version of Custom My Account, but how can I remove the button hover state that pops up the arrow to the right on the buttons on:

Order Again button
View order button

It looks like it may be an icon from FontAwesome, but not sure. I’d just like for those to be regular button without the arrows. What code modifications would I need to make?

I am using this plugin to provide a login for customers. We are now experiencing a problem: when logged in and attempting to navigate to one of the sites pages it fails to load as the URL is incorrect. My website is driphacks.com. If I click on a page, the url suddenly changes to driphacksdriphacks.com and obviously leads nowhere.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Is it possible to have my account page RTL? Also, can we define some buttons on each tab? (I mean once I click on a tab, it shows some text note and buttons refereeing to some other pages.)

I installed WooCommerce Custom My Account, and with this, the display option of My Points at ‘My Account’ section is distributed to every tab.

1. Is there a ‘shortcode’ for showing the history of my points?
2. How can I remove the My Points history in every tab

Greetings. Would like to make an inquiry regarding the WooThemes Subscription add-on. It appears that the plugin does not include a side menu for the WooCommerce Subscriptions. Of course, WooCommerce 2.6 now does a less-formatted version of what you were doing, so I was just wondering if you plan to continue working on the plugin – and if so, would you look at adding some recognition of the presence of a (at least the official) subscriptions addon.

File /wp-content/plugins/custom-my-account-for-woocommerce/woocommerce/myaccount/myaccount.php has menu links wich are not processed through WMPL.

Pleas make changes also in plugin files, then it will not broke after the update.
