It seems to have a limit on how many custom fields the editing UI can display. My custom fields that start with “y” aren’t listed (it’s sorted alphabetically, and there’s no page-ing option). So I can’t select my “yds_class” custom field while I can select my “miles” custom field.
Also, it could generate more useful HTML, like having the custom field ID and value in the html tag class names, so you could use CSS to style these

I used this plugin for one of my websites to display custom fields that I created using custom content type manager plugin. That plugin requires a template to be added to the directory to display the custom content but using this plugin, I was able to eliminate that and display custom fields directly in the post without any issues.

It’s the only simple way to automatically display the output of your custom fields, without touching any code or creating new templates.
That’s the good bit. Unfortunately, the fields output as an unordered list and that list is above the post content. There is no option for changing the position of the output, although it has been requested.
You can of course style that (bullited) list. If you simply want to show your custom fields nice quick and easy, this is the only non-code option. Because of that, it gets full marks from me. A little more development and it would be a clear leader.

Of course, everyone wants their information to be properly organized and styled. This often requires hand coding of custom fields.
But, for someone like me, handling data with get_post_meta can be a time consuming pain.
I was looking for a quick-and-not-so-dirty way of creating and publishing custom fields — and this plugin works.
It automatically styles get_post_meta data as a bulleted list. It also allows me to change the order in which the custom fields appear.
Nice.
