Ad ogni aggiornamento della dashboard appare il messaggio per dare un voto al plugin. è veramente fastidioso. Inoltre, se lo si chiude, dopo poco appare nuovamente. Perchè dovete dare tutto questo disturbo? L’ho disinstallato!

I’ve never encountered this bad support. Delay times in answers is about 5-6 days. It’s been 11 days now since they got my bug report – the exact same report as i submitted months ago with the same issue. Back then they managed to fix it, but right now they have no clue what’s going on. Do not download this plugin!

We purchased a Facebook Feed Pro plan and had high hopes which has turned into a 2 month nightmare and counting…The plugin does not work as advertised and the support has given us numerous excuses as to why the plugin does not work. We have consistently got delayed responses from the support team. It has been over 2 months of back and forth with absolutely no end in sight, not even a timeframe of when it may be resolved. We just keep being told it will be fixed on the next update and so on, just kicking the can down the road. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a WordPress plugin, EVER!!
The feed does not show any of our events and constantly shows “No upcoming events” or blank events on our website. We followed every instruction to setup this plugin correctly (which was also a nightmare) and had their support team verify our connection through their access in our WordPress dashboard. If you are looking for a Facebook plugin that actually works as advertised, then look somewhere else!! This plugin is an absolute failure from top to bottom and should be shut down until they can produce a working product!!

So we purchased the pro version for Facebook as I run a group page.
The sole reason was to show our events from FB on our website.
Man, I had not realise this was going to be such a pain.
First the plugin didn’t work. I reached out to support and each reply was 24-48hrs of waiting, so not quick and easy, no chat just slow emails. IT took 4 weeks for the issue to be fixed.
Second, when it actually worked it is…. well, maybe it is me. I wanted to show FB events on our website. One would imagine that the events would be shown in order of date, you know like events are shown in FB… but no. The events are taken from FB in date order, but then shown in any order on the website. So it is super confusing for users.
If you really need FB integration on a website buy the plugin. Not because it is amazing, or very good… but because there really isn’t any other option… but be prepared to be underwhelmed.

Where do I begin? I have the pro version. This plugin disconnects from Facebook at least once a week, requiring me to go back in and re-connect it.
On top of that, the Twitter feed was never fixed to work with the new API, which is why I switched to the Facebook model.
Do they give you access to all models? No – they want you to pay for every single one (ripoff).
Finally, this plugin started crashing my website due to a memory leak. I only found out about it when Google de-indexed the page the plugin was displayed on.
Slow / crap support, bad code and when updates do get released, they never seem to fix the actual issues.
I hate this plugin – I won’t be buying anything more from this developer.

I was having issues getting the web page with the Facebook plugin to fit the correct width for our Purdue Forestry and Natural Resources’ monitors in the buildings in Fourwinds software. Smash Balloon support of course was quick to respond and continued to work with me until we had the screen fitting nicely. They sent CSS code to try and gave me other options. They are always great in responding and continue to troubleshoot with you and that is what makes them so great as they continue to “work with you”. Here in FNR we use your Instagram plugin and Facebook plugin for our monitors and they look nice and crisp. Thank you Smash Balloon for again helping us here at Purdue University meet the excellence we strive for.
